TPHtour Live Look-in: House of 7 Gables - Salem, MA
The tour spent the day in Witch country in Salem, Massachusetts. We toured the Witch Museum and the local harbor where the house of 7 Gables is located.
The Perfect House is an independent horror film that chose to reject mainstream distribution and instead become the first movie ever to premiere on facebook.
In the Summer of 2011, 3 members of Gratwick Films planned a cross country tour to promote the films October 1, 2011 release. The goal was to procure sponsors for a tour bus that would take us around the country hosting free screenings everywhere we went. But as the summer wore on, time ran out on how elaborate of a tour we could execute.
These confessions and video footage from the tour will be included in a documentary following the tour to promote the first film ever to premiere on facebook. The documentary will be available in the fall of 2013.

I sincerely hope you enjoy this video and find it helpful. Cheers to fall, Salem, and Halloween!
A few things I forgot to mention:
If you're a photographer looking for a beautiful street with gorgeous old homes, Salem has plenty, but Chestnut Street is stunning and definitely worth a walk down. Close to Essex street and the Ropes Mansion.
I went on the candlelit ghost tour at night and definitely would recommend it - tickets can be purchased near the Burying Point Cemetery. You'll see signs.
Turner's Seafood and Bambolina Restaurant (pizza) were the only places we stopped at for food and both were amazing.

Ep. 287 - The House of the Seven Gables
The House of the Seven Gables is a gothic novel written by Nathaniel Hawthorne featuring a real home in Salem, Massachusetts that he knew well. The story has ghosts as some of the characters and that seems true to life as well since there are many people who claim that the home is haunted. Join me as we explore the beliefs of Nathaniel Hawthorne and the history and hauntings of The House of the Seven Gables! The Moment in Oddity was suggested by Kim Gasiorowski and features three cages on St. Lamberti Church spire and This Month in History features Unabomber killing first victim. Our location was suggested by Nicole Cardarelli.
