Hiking Banff National Park Rocky Mountains
The Sunshine Meadows are a natural garden set at an altitude of approximately 2,300 metres (7,500 feet). It is located within the peaks of the Canadian Rocky Mountains of Banff National Park. From the vantage point of Sunshine Meadows one has a clear view of Mount Assiniboine, the highest peak in the region at 3,618 metres (11,870 feet).
There is no public road access to Sunshine Meadows, and thus it can be reached either by hiking several kilometres from the area of the Sunshine Village ski resort, located near the resort town of Banff, or by using the Gondola (Fri-Mon) or Alpine Shuttle Bus (Tues-Thurs) which departs from the Sunshine Village base area.

Banff Sunshine Village is The best Ski Resort in the World 2 of 4
Please help me to subs and views. thank you for subs
Banff Sunshine Village (formerly Sunshine Village) is a ski resort in western Canada, located on the Continental Divide of the Canadian Rockies within Banff National Park in Alberta and Mt Assiniboine Provincial Park in British Columbia. It is one of three major ski resorts located in the Banff National Park.[3] Because of its location straddling the Continental Divide, Sunshine receives more snow than the neighbouring ski resorts. The Sunshine base area is located 15 km (9 mile) southwest of the town of Banff. By car, it is about a ninety-minute drive from the city of Calgary; the Sunshine exit on the Trans Canada Highway is 8 km (5 mile) west of the town of Banff.
Banff Sunshine ski runs and lifts are accessed via an eight-person high-speed gondola. It moves passengers from the parking lot (or bus terminal) to Goat's Eye mountain in 10 minutes and to the upper Village area in 18 minutes. There are 9 chairlifts and 120 trails within the alpine valley formed by the three mountains (Mount Standish, Lookout Mountain, and Goat's Eye Mountain) that constitute Banff Sunshine. In summer, the resort runs a shuttle bus service to its attractive walking trails and alpine meadows.
Target : Traveling around the world
Travel reminds those paying attention that they are not the only man in the world, that this is a huge world and that they are only a small, insignificant human in it. This is quite a leisure experience – to go to another country or another state and see large numbers of peoples living differently, and coming to understand how large the world actually is. When people who learn return home, they keep with them this perspective for the rest of their life and they benefit from this is knowledge and perspective.
Another benefit to traveling is coming to see one’s native country in a different light, in a different way. This is done through being able to compare and contrast home from a foreign location, done most always through traveling. A new perspective may be formed

Ski Banff - Sunshine Village (The ski-out) March 2017
So I have my ski-poles in my left hand and my iPhone 6s in my right, taking this HD video (a bit awkward!)
This is the ski-out that you take at the end of the day at Sunshine when all the lifts close around 4 pm; it follows the top of the Gondola down to the parking lot.
My only regret that day is - I didn't ski more on the Goat's Eye area. I forgot how much I like it!
Also, I have an old go-pro that doesn't have a screen on it, and I can't stand it anymore. A new go-pro is supposed to released toward the end of 2017, and I will happily be buying that one.

Excerpt from our Sunshine Meadows hike description on 10Adventures.com
The Sunshine Meadows hike is the easiest way to get into the alpine in the Canadian Rockies. The trail starts at the base of Sunshine Ski hill, and you can take the bus or Gondola to the Sunshine Ski village and hike from there. Rock Isle Lake is truly stunning!
Getting to Sunshine Village is via gondola Friday thru Monday or a bus shuttle on Tuesday thru Thursday. It’s worthwhile to book your ticket in advance on the Sunshine Meadows website.
To start this hike, you’ll need to buy a gondola ticket or bus ticket from Sunshine Village. We prefer going by Gondola, as it provides nice views.
Once off the Gondola (or bus) you’re in the base village of Sunshine Village, a popular ski hill known for the legendary powder snow. In summer, the village is much quieter, as summer is the off-season.
