China - Visit To Dying Rooms Orphanage

China is acting to boost the image of its social welfare institutions by responding to charges that children are abused, neglected, and allowed to die in many of its state-run facilities International reports accused officials at the state-run Nanning orphanage of operating so-called dying rooms where children were systematically neglected to the point of death. WTN was the first news agency invited to inspect the Nanning facility which houses about 100 orphans and handicapped children. At the time of the visit, the institution appeared to be clean and well organized. The orphans were healthy, and appeared to be cared for by a proficient nursing staff. Nanning Institute director Li Ji Jei dismissed the charges of child abuse as fabrication, but told WTN that the present conditions of the orphanage are a great improvement in comparison with the past.

Third meteor strike in under one month.

I've been documenting these objects some think are meteors some like myself aren't sure. That said..yesterday was third meteor explosion in under a month.
