Join us as we travel from Singapore to Hong Kong in style and luxury in Singapore Airlines’ brand new Airbus A380 first class suite.
We start at the exclusive first class check in area of Changi airport in Singapore and we’re bowled over by the professional and courteous nature of the staff who work seamlessly and efficiently to get us through check in and immigration control and in to the first class lounge in less than five minutes! Changi airport has been rated as the best airport in the world by Skytrax for seven consecutive years since 2013 and with the service we received, it’s not surprising to see why!
We receive an exclusive invitation to the private room which is the flagship first class lounge of Singapore airlines. It is ultra exclusive and private with top class, restaurant style a la carte and buffet dining, large screen televisions and extremely comfortable seating. It even has a shower suite for first class passengers to freshen up before their flight! Come with us and see inside the magnificent Singapore airlines private room and all it has to offer – we also examine the exquisite food, and the service to go with it, provided in the private room.
We’ve already been pampered and enjoyed significant luxury but what lies in store for us on board the Airbus A380 of Singapore Airlines is incredible! Our first class suite on board the aeroplane is very spacious and we are greeted with a choice of vintage champagnes – Krug 2004 or Dom Perignon Vintage 2009. The first class suite is so big and so private that you don’t even have to go to the bathroom to get changed in to your complimentary, soft pyjamas and slippers!
We take an in depth look at the long haul amenity kits provided by Singapore airlines, which are handcrafted by Lalique in men’s women’s and unisex varieties. We see the great attention to detail that has been paid with perfumes, hand creams, moisturisers and lip balm all being provided as well as a precious Lalique glass ornament to keep and cherish.
We also take a good look at the sophisticated food and drink served on board, brought directly to us at our own personal table within the first class cabin, expertly laid at our request by the stewardess. We are treated to a selection of exotic fruits as an appetiser, iced milo, lobster thermidor and for dessert, a scrumptious and expertly presented mont-blanc cake with ice cream.
The first class cabin’s furnishings are no less impressive with movable lights, a seat which wouldn’t look out of place in Stat Trek, giving complete control over all of the cabin’s functions, including the blinds and a bed with proper mattress and super soft linen and padding.
Overall, as we arrive in Hong Kong, we are well rested, well fed and ready for a lot more fun in Hong Kong, which is where I, Sam Chui, first developed my love of aviation and I discuss this with the cabin crew during the video.
Stepping off the plane, we are greeted by the Silver Kris Lounge of Hong Kong international airport and in case you didn’t have enough to eat on your flight, you won’t be wanting with the fabulous choice of both western and Chinese food available including the famous Wonton noodle soup.
So come with us from Singapore to Hong Kong on the A380 with Singapore airlines and enjoy all they have to offer – what, in your opinion, was the best part of the trip? Let us know in the comments and, as always, thanks for watching!

SUBSCRIBE for the latest videos:
Don't forget to CHECK OUT our latest upload:
10. Anantara Kihavah Villas Maldives
Anantara is renowned for its perfect properties and stunning décor, so it comes as a surprise they haven’t yet mastered the underwater hotel niche as well. What they did manage was an exceptional dining experience which deserves mention here, as the world’s first underwater cellar attracts foodies from far and wide. Aptly named the Sea, this restaurant in Anantara Kihavah Villas in the Maldives, affords an affair fit for a king.
9. Jules’s Undersea Lodge, Florida Keys
Conveniently nestled 21 feet below the surface, adventurists in pursuit of this aquatic accommodation must scuba dive in order to embark on an experience in which fish make the best wall décor. After entering a tiny porthole in the bottom of the room, a renovated lab lends cozy quarters for vacationers, who can opt for a pizza dinner as they bask in the comfort of their very own aquamarine treasure trove.
8. Shimao Wonderland Intercontinental, China
The Shimao Wonderland Intercontinental, also known as the Songjiang Quarry Hotel, is recognized as the world’s first five-star hotel built in an underground, water-filled quarry. Located 20 miles from the sparkling metropolis of Shanghai, Shimao’s own wonderland features two sprawling underwater floors with a green awning rooftop that blends beautifully with the countryside.
7. Per Aquum Havefen Fushi, Maldives
This dazzling design concept is one of the Maldives first pioneer hotels and continues to wow guests after years of operation. Huvafen Fushi is a boutique hotel situated in a clear lagoon promising crystalline comfort amid sugar white sand. The resort bestows each resident their own private stretch of beach, with options to snorkel in the best reefs the Maldives has to offer or take cool dips in the expansive infinity-edged pool.
6. Resort World Sentosa, Singapore
In a remote part of Singapore lies the world’s largest aquarium, home to 40,000 marine species as well as 11 five-star suites. In the Resort World Sentosa, guests can experience pure luxury with personalized butler service and stunning views of Singapore’s underwater sanctuary. Each chamber comes as a deluxe double-story townhouse with an option to enjoy either land, sea, or both.
5. Per Aquum Nimaya, Maldives
Another premier hotspot can be found in the hub of picture postcard vacations and hospitality’s finest achievements—the Maldives. Socialists will delight in Subsix, the world’s first underwater club in which the journey to get there is a thrill in itself. Those posh enough to book a room at this swanky hotel can reach the premises through a high VIP style speedboat.
4. Atlantis The Palm Dubai, UAE
Atlantis The Palm is one of the world’s most impressive resorts, located in the kingdom’s man-made, palm-tree shaped island. Equal part megahit luxury hotel— with its 1500 rooms and suites— and equal part aquatic wonderland, the submerged rooms offer floor to ceiling views of more than 65,000 species of marine life, as well as the promise of a sighting of the ancient ruins from the lost city. Each room comes with 24/7 butler service, tranquil spa treatments, and even a personalized dolphin encounter.
3. Manta Resort Zanzibar, Tanzania
The Manta Resort Zanzibar offers a unique experience for guests who love adventure. Elevated and carefully crafted along a picture-perfect island, Zanzibar's Manta Resort has it all— exclusivity, romance, water sport, and adventure to welcome travelers far and wide. Called East Africa's finest island sanctuary with its seafront villas and garden pavilions, what's most sought after are the subaquatic bungalows.
2. Lovers Deep, St Lucia
For anyone who’s ever dreamed of a romantic getaway for two under the waves, look no further than St. Lucia. Situated off the coast of any serene Caribbean island of your choosing, Lovers Deep provides a leisure submarine retreat for couples only. Prepared to be speechless as an endless array of sea life swim, dart, and dance as part of the natural ambiance; rejoice in the romance this 6-figure fantasy promises with a double bedroom, spacious bathroom, and of course, ocean views all around.
1. Conrad Rangali Island, Maldives
This resort offers all the experience and hype one might expect from a trip to the Maldives. From the restaurant rated ‘the most beautiful in the world’ by the New York Daily News, to the Murakas which accept $200,000 dollars for a four-night minimum stay, this is luxury at its finest. Set 16 feet below the ocean’s surface with 180-degree panoramic views of vibrant reefs and multicolored marine animals.
The Luxurious $1600 Per Night Cruise Ship Suite
This amazing cruise ship suite was pricey as hell, but in the end it seemed worth it to me! It was the most luxurious cruise we've ever had, and we've been on 39 cruises, so far.
I loved having our own private Jacuzzi on our balcony, and big picture windows in our suite. The most surprising thing was how much I enjoyed having a butler! I didn't think I was a butler kind of guy. But it was great to call him up one afternoon when we had a craving for chips and salsa... and have him show up a few minutes later to deliver it, without us even having to leave the Jacuzzi. On another day, we just didn't feel like leaving the cabin for dinner, so he served a delicious steak dinner to us in our suite.
We loved this suite so much that we never left the ship in any of the ports of call... we just stayed onboard and enjoyed relaxing in our big suite and out on the balcony in the Jacuzzi.
At 2:10 in to the video, check out the cool back flip by the dancing guy!
There are two Deluxe Owners Suites on the Norwegian Pearl. This particular one was cabin 15000, known as the Black Pearl Suite.
I should also mention that the price of the room fluctuates depending on demand. For cruises during a high-demand time such as Christmas week, it's more like $2000 per night.
Most of this video was shot with a DJI Osmo image-stabilized camera.

**ALMOST A PROPOSAL ;)** AMAZING SYDNEY TOUR ON PRIVATE HELICOPTER! (ft. Wake Me by the Bleachers)
About a year ago Will and I were strangers on chat who exchanged polite conversations but otherwise never met - he lives in Zurich, and I live in Singapore. Five months ago, unexpectedly we crossed paths on his visit to Singapore and the rest as they say was history... ;) Although we live 10,000 miles apart, we have been blessed to be able to meet in intervals of never more than 8 weeks, the shortest being 5 days. During our meetings we took the opportunity to travel Paris, Geneva, London, around Taiwan, Penang, Johor and most recently, Sydney.
Last New Year's Eve, Will surprised me with a tour around Sydney on a private helicopter along the coasts of Bondi to Coogee, and of course with a spectacular view of the iconic Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
Thank you Sydney for such a wonderful time! We hope to see you soon!

Mission HIlls WCPA 2016 - Movie Town with Jay Chou
Come along with Jay Chou 周杰倫 for a private tour of Mission Hills Movie Town during Mission Hills WCPA 2016 - Day 1!
==========
The stars will be aligned over China’s Hainan Island October 21-23, when the fourth edition of the World Celebrity Pro-Am tees off at Mission Hills Haikou.
As the premiere gathering of the stars in a sporting environment in the Asia-Pacific region, the Mission Hills World Celebrity Pro-Am brings together 30 internationally famous celebrities from the world of sport and entertainment and pairs them with eight professional golfers over two days of competition that is fun for the participants, fans and all involved. As with past years when top international stars have graced the field for the World Celebrity Pro-Am, the 2016 edition is no different. Among the confirmations booked for Hainan Island are Academy Award-winning actor/producer Michael Douglas, superstar singer/actor Jay Chou, the recently induced basketball hall-of-famers, China's very own Yao Ming and The Answer Allen Iverson and the tennis legend Boris Becker, the six-time Grand Slam winner. From the football pitch, Ex-ManU greats, Paul Scholes, together with Dwight Yorke, David May and Lee Sharpe will face off with Ex-Liverpool legends, including Robbie Fowler, Luis Garcia and Gary McAllister.
The golfing greats lined-up to lead the way over the Mission Hills Haikou Blackstone Course include the legendary Gary Player, a nine-time Major winner, big-hitting John Daly, a two-time Major winner, Mark O’Meara, the Masters and Open Championship winner in 1998 and Rich Beem, the 2002 PGA Championship title holder. They are joined by an equally impressive foursome of ladies in Solheim Cup star Suzann Pettersen, the Norwegian former World No. 2, Sweden’s Anna Nordqvist, runner-up at the recent US Women’s Open, American Paula Creamer, the 2010 US Women’s Open champion, and Natalie Gulbis, the glamour girl of the LPGA Tour who won the 2007 Evian Masters.
Top 5 Under Water Buildings | house inside ocean | Underwater Houses | Underwater Structures

Giving new meaning to Under the Sea, these structures are designed to not only survive underwater but to thrive there.
Giving new meaning to Under the Sea, these structures are designed to not only survive underwater but to thrive there.
5, Ithaa Undersea Restaurant, Maldives.
Seafood takes on new meaning at Rangali Island's underwater restaurant, a 14-seat eatery located 16 feet below the water's surface. The boat-size structure is encased in a transparent acrylic tunnel offering 270-degree exterior views, so it's almost like dining in a fish tank. Visitors descend into the restaurant via a spiral staircase that's located in a thatched pavilion at the end of a jetty.
Ithaa was built in Singapore and then transported to the Maldives, where workers situated the 175-ton structure on the sea floor by filling it with 85 tons of sand ballast. They then attached the restaurant to four steel piles (each of which had been vibro-hammered approximately 15 feet into the seabed) with concrete.
(Building in the Deep: 5 Feats of Underwater Engineering | Underwater Houses | Underwater Structures)
4, Aquarius Reef Base, Florida Keys.
Underwater research laboratories, more popular in the 1960s and '70s, have gone out of style. Aquarius is the only one still operating. Owned by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and operated by the University of North Carolina, Wilmington, Aquarius is an 80-ton cylindrical chamber located 63 feet underwater and 3-1/2 miles offshore. It's attached to a 116-ton baseplate for stability.
The laboratory is divided into a live and work area, Main Lock, and an Entry Lock that contains a bathroom, electrical panels, and communications and life support systems. These two parts are then connected by an air lock. Aquarius also has a wet porch that offers entry to the sea through a moon pool, which keeps the chamber at ambient pressure—the same pressure as the water outside. This overall design lets workers return to the surface without having to use a decompression chamber.
(Building in the Deep: 5 Feats of Underwater Engineering | Underwater Houses | Underwater Structures)
3, Jules' Undersea Lodge, Key Largo, Fla.
What began in the early '70's as La Chalupa Research Laboratory has been an undersea lodge for the past 30 years. Guests dive down to the submersed hotel and enter via a 5 x 7–foot moon pool at the bottom of the structure, 21 feet below the sea's surface. Compressed air keeps the lodge from flooding.
Despite the lodge's lack of above-water entry you don't have to be a certified diver to stay overnight. While noncertified divers once descended to the lodge by breathing air pumped through a large hose, Jules' now offers a 3-hour course to assure safe entry.
(Building in the Deep: 5 Feats of Underwater Engineering | Underwater Houses | Underwater Structures)
2, BioSUB, Australia.
Though built as a temporary structure, BioSUB helped show the world what it's like to live underwater. In 2007, Australian marine biologist Lloyd Godson spent nearly two weeks in the 10-foot-long yellow steel box, 15 feet beneath the surface of a lake. BioSUB's energy came from a mix of onshore solar panels and Godson's pedal power. Oxygen came via an onsite algae garden housed in a biocoil. (It's a coiled plastic tube that acts as a gas-exchange system and runs on carbon dioxide, light, and water—in this case, Godson's own urine.)
(Building in the Deep: 5 Feats of Underwater Engineering | Underwater Houses | Underwater Structures)
1, Cancun Underwater Museum (MUSA), Mexico.
Opened to the public in November 2009, the Cancun Underwater Museum features more than 400 life-size sculptures sitting on the sea floor in 28 feet of water. It's a museum without walls, and each work of art is made from pH neutral clay that encourages the growth of corals and attracts sea life so the sculptures will grow and change over time.
Artist Jason de Caires Taylor plans to add 63 new pieces to the museum this July, including a kinetic sculpture boasting wings made of living fan coral and The Listener, which features an underwater device that projects nearby sounds. MUSA is accessible to divers and snorkelers.

We took a ride on the world-famous Goodyear Blimp as it flew above the Daytona International Speedway where it provided aerial coverage for NASCAR in February. Our journey began at the Blimp Base in Pompano Beach, Florida — from there, the Blimp flew 200 miles north to a small airport in New Smyrna, where it would call home for the weekend.
We got to spend about five hours in the Blimp, which was updated in 2014 in collaboration with the Zeppelin company. The new model isn't technically a Blimp, due to the internal structure inside its balloon, or envelope.
This is what it's like to fly on the iconic Goodyear Blimp, which isn't accessible to the public — only the crew and invited guests are allowed to go for a ride.

What is World Schooling?
#tryNsomethingnew #Worldschoolers #Mexico
If you haven’t heard of Worldschoolers you NEED to check it out! When we were introduced to this I couldn’t believe it!!!! I felt as if we had lived in a bubble for all of these years. How did we not know about this??? I was envious of these families-I loved these families-I wanted us to be a Worldschooling family! I had been following their Facebook page for a few months and was completely blown away by what these families were doing. The children were exposed to so much, how can it not create beautiful individuals that appreciate the world and learn from it. I wish I had been Worldschooled when I was a kid-jeez the what if’s are endless.
We knew one thing, this had our names written all over it and our children WILL be Worldschooled! We had just gotten back from Thailand and saw they were having a family summit in Mexico-OMG we had to go to this!!! But damn we just got back from Thailand and did not budget for another trip so soon. We knew this was our future and there was no way we could miss this opportunity to meet other families and learn as much as we possibly could about EVERYTHING. We booked the tickets and said we would figure it out later. The energy was buzzing as all of the families started to arrive at the hotel, meeting Lainie and Miro felt like meeting celebrities lol We were a little nervous but it was such a friendly environment, we instantly made connections with other families.
We learned so much from the workshops, it was amazing to hear other parents have the same fears and insecurities about taking on your child’s education but on the flip side how empowering it was to take on your child’s education. We walked away from that week a different family. That experience changed our lives-literally! It was game on when we got back to Vegas, we already knew this was the last year of school for the kids and felt so proud that we were taking this huge step for our family as whole. While the kids were in school it never left any time for family time except Saturday and Sunday-that wasn’t enough.
I have said it so many times, it was seriously a rat race every day trying to get them to school, then pick them up, do homework, make dinner, bath time and bed. How is this ok? I felt like we battled them more than anything with no time for quality hang out time. Ok back to family summit- a few days in we decided we needed to give back to this community and make a video that can show everyone what this is all about.
It was one of the most amazing weeks of our lives. We gained the confidence and knowledge that we can do this. There are so many milestones from this new journey and this was definitely one of them. So this is an impromptu video and an intro to Worldschooling!

An in-depth trip report on-board Qantas Project Sunrise London to Sydney non-stop research flight QF7879. Check out all the unusual flight details, research, well brings and the secret of double sunrise on the World’s Longest non-stop flight.
The flight is not a typical passenger flight; it is a delivery flight and a research flight. Qantas has named its endeavor “Project Sunrise” after the airline’s historic ‘Double Sunrise’ endurance flights during the Second World War, which remained airborne long enough to see two sunrises. This flight is a prove of overcoming the final frontier of aviation, linking non-stop flights from East Coast of Australia to London and New York.
