這一期我要介紹的是在新加坡很有名，
源自瑞士的歐洲餐廳 Marche Movenpick～！
Marche Movenpick 在全亞洲有 7家分行，但是單單新加坡就佔領了 5間分店～！另外兩家亞洲 Marche Movenpick 在 中國 和 印尼～
基本上這不屬於道地美食，但是要吃到Marche Movenpick也是真的要看大家目前的所在地 和 緣分了！
Marche Movenpick 內的食物都追求 新鮮，品嚐，開放的烹飪和天然 來顯出他們對顧客的坦誠和熱情～
基本上店裡的服務都很好，讓食物也特別好吃～
真是要特別推薦！

這個新加坡很出名的
瑞士美食

新加坡是個國際化的國家
食物當然
也是有很多不一樣的選擇
今天要去的餐廳
源自於瑞士
遍佈三大陸，十个国家 和 70个分行
但是亚洲只有 7 间
而其中的 5 間 就在新加坡
Marché Mövenpick
那我今天來的這一家
就是在313 Somerset的分行
Somerset位於烏節路地鐵的下一站
餐廳就在地鐵站上方
從遠處走來你就可以看到
從瑞士運來
超過500年歷史的木屋
還有顏色特出的綠色招牌
餐廳外有售賣麵包
看了麵包的款式和擺設
相信大家都會開始認同
這裡的食物品質
從入口處你可以看到箭頭
指著餐廳的方向
從大門看進去
你會奇怪怎麼那麼小
而且沒有人喔？
其實內有玄機
你要走進去才會看到樓梯
這裡快速的帶你們進去
下樓梯的途中
大家都可以看到很用心的佈置
到了底樓就有友善的招待員
在等候著你了
說明了用餐人數
招待員就會給你
一人一張的用餐卡
進到了餐廳
我就帶你們逛逛
個別攤位和各種售賣的食物
第一攤就是果汁攤位
再來就是美味的可麗餅
路過了兒童世界
然後轉角遠處可以看到
Swiss Rosti
旁邊就是湯的攤位
這裡真是很多麵包種類
配湯一起吃 一定很可口
那回到剛才看到的 Rosti 攤位
其實Rosti就是瑞士美食把
馬鈴薯削成條狀然後去煎
影片中你們可以看到員工
正在削馬鈴薯
下一攤就是西班牙海鮮飯
還真是很多入口的米
再來就是德國拼盤
那德國出名的有香腸豬腳
還有牛排
看著烤香腸 口水不停流
這裡也有超大脆肉片
在這麼多肉的攤口
正對面就擺著
Caesar Salad 来中和一下
看了也覺得綠色起來
這餐廳提倡 自然，新鮮 和 品質
想讓顧客們體驗和欣賞美食的
簡單 ，新鮮 和 健康
那這麼大的餐廳
沒有甜品怎麼可能
當然還有一攤 Sweet & More
提供甜食
走了一圈
我還是喜歡Rosti
記得要隨身帶著用餐卡來點餐
這餐廳還有一個吸引點
它們相信現場烹飪
是沒有秘密而對客人坦誠的
就大約35年以來，
都做到真正的現場烹飪
這是與客人熱情的相遇表現。
也是從一開始營業
就擁有這樣熱誠的待客之道
另外我也是很喜歡這裡的可麗餅
二話不說 再來一盤
值得一提
餐廳還有一個原點
就是相信人本身的五種知覺
並選擇自己喜歡的食物
人可以體驗菜餚準備時的氣味和嘶嘶聲
沒有比這更吸引的了
買了食物 馬上坐下來要吃了
第一個要吃的是Chicken Sausage Rosti
加上了sour cream
馬鈴薯烤的很脆
而且那種馬鈴薯的香味
真的直撲上了鼻子
超好吃
配料蘑菇方面
吃下去感覺就是新鮮
蘑菇汁感覺像爆炸
真是很鮮甜
再來就是雞肉香腸
哇！有點鹹鹹的
但是味道真是飽滿
比個讚 好吃
再來就是 火腿可麗餅
除了火腿
你可以看到滿滿的餡料
很厚的cheese 和一些蔬菜
我是切得有點亂 哈哈
要吃前真是很開心
Cheese 和 可麗餅
烤得很香 香到不行
太好吃了
再來一個
吃了還覺得口渴
就去買橙汁喝
很厚的果汁
還可以看到橙肉
真是真材實料！
那吃飽了就必須拿著用餐卡
排隊去Cashier 付錢
說真的顧客真的很多
因為這裡的食物真是太好吃了

Singapore MRT ride from Punggol to Somerset. 313 Somerset, Apple Store and Paragon shopping center.
I travelled the Singapore MRT ride, from Punggol to Somerset the long way around. Had a look at 313 Somerset shopping center, Then visiting the Apple shop and Paragon Shopping center. I made this video with iPhone neck holder, not the gimbal. The quality is not as good as with the gimbal. All future videos will be produced with the gimbal only.

Lion dance is a form of traditional dance in Chinese culture and other Asian countries.
Performers imitate lions' movements in lion-like costumes to bring good luck and fortune. The lion dance is usually performed during Chinese New Year, other Chinese traditional festivals and at important occasions such as business opening events, Chinese auspicious day celebrations, wedding ceremonies, temple events etc. There are two main types of the Chinese lion dance, the Northern Lion and the Southern Lion.
