The luxurious hotel Thermia Palace and spa house Irma built in 1912 are the gems of central European Art-Nouveau architecture. After renovation the hotel has become the first 5-star spa hotel in Slovakia.
The most prominent elements of the preserved Art Nouveau interior are the stairway with stained glass windows and the Grand Restaurant with an invaluable painti ng by Alfons Mucha. A peacock - the sacred bird of the Greek goddess Hera and a symbol of immortality and nobility - became a symbol of hotel Thermia Palace thanks to an ancient story about the healing powers of the springs in Piešťany.

Luxusný hotel Thermia Palace a kúpeľný dom Irma z roku 1912 patria k skvostom stredoeurópskej secesnej architektúry. Po kompletnej rekonštrukcii sa stal prvým päťhviezdičkovým kúpeľným hotelom na Slovensku.
Najpozoruhodnejšími prvkami pamiatkovo chráneného secesného interiéru sú schodisko s okennými vitrážami a Grand Restaurant so vzácnym obrazom Alfonsa Muchu. Páv, posvätný vták bohyne Hery, symbol nesmrteľnosti a vznešenosti , je podľa dávneho príbehu o vyliečení v piešťanských prameňoch symbolom Thermia Palace.

Zu den imposantesten Elementen des denkmalgeschützten Jugendsti l-Interieurs zählen der Treppenaufgang mit Fenstervitragen sowie das Grand Restaurant mit dem wertvollen Gemälde von Alfons Mucha.
