[中和區] 八二三紀念公園 (景點)

八二三公園又稱中和公園，為中永和地區最大腹地的公園，園內設有籃球場、林蔭道、溜冰區、涼亭、假山造景和三座舞台等，隨時都有許多民眾結伴在此運動健身。其周邊和永和區相鄰，提供大量綠色植栽，所以又有「雙和之肺」的美稱。公園內為紀念台海兩岸八二三炮戰，建立了巨石碑和八二三台海戰役勝利紀念碑。除了提供戶外休閒的空間之外，園區內還設有國立台灣圖書館，閱讀與強身健體的結合，讓人身心內外都能煥然一新。
