the price is 1,500 JPY for an adult, and 1,200 JPY for a child.
Unfortunately, Edge the Harukasu was closed,
but I tried heliport experience in this time, and it was so fun.

Abeno Harukas Osaka ☆ Japan's Tallest Building ☆ あべのハルカス ☆ Japan As It Truly Is
One of the most spectacular night views of Japan's big cities! The recently completed Abeno Harukas next to Tennoji Station in Osaka offers tons of shopping with Japan's biggest department store (the first 16 floors), restaurants, an art museum, plus the Marriott Osaka Miyako Hotel and various corporate offices. But the real jewel is 300m up on the 60th floor - a city view that outdoes even the Yokohama Landmark Tower. The lower floor also has an open air roof. From the very top, you feel that you can almost touch the clouds above you.
At 1500 yen it isn't cheap, but the view and 3D-ish projection show you can see are quite an experience.
The Abeno Harukas gives some good competition to the other high rise in Osaka, the Umeda Sky Building The two views are quite different however, and if you can, by all means go see both. The best time to view them is just before sunset and watching the city turn from day to night. Also in Abeno Harukas are the main Kintetsu Department Store and headquarters of the Sharp Corporation.

At 983 ft, Abeno Harukas will stand as the tallest building in Japan. Visitors to the top floor will be treated to spectacular views seen nowhere else. The name of the skyscraper Abeno Harukas comes from the old Japanese word 晴るかす (harukasu). It means to brighten, to clear up.

Abenobashi Terminal Building (阿部野橋ターミナルビル) is a multi-purpose commercial facility in Abenosuji Itchome, Abeno-ku, Osaka, Japan. It consists of the New Annex (新館) (main tenants: Osaka Abenobashi Station, Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Main Store Wing Building), Eastern Annex (東館) (Tennoji Miyako Hotel), and a 300 m (984 ft) tall skyscraper Abeno Harukas (あべのハルカス).
The reconstruction began in January 2010, and opened on March 7, 2014. The building is 300 meters tall and has 62 floors, making it the tallest building in Japan.
It is the planned alternative station building of Ōsaka Abenobashi Station, the terminal of Kintetsu Minami Osaka Line. Its floor space is around 100,000 square meters, making it the biggest department store in Japan. It contains the new Main Store of Kintetsu Department Store, Marriott International hotel, and new headquarters office of Sharp Corporation.

View from the Observatory on the 60th floor of the Abeno Harukas building. Standing at 300m, it is both Osaka's and in fact Japan's tallest building. With 360 degree views it is well worth the visit.
