The Abeno Harukas Art Museum is located on the 16th floor of Abeno Harukas next to the elevators leading to the observatory on 58th to 60th floors. The museum doesn't showcase a permanent collection and hold temporary exhibitions of mainly Western and Buddhist art that changes every few months. A rooftop garden on the same floor allows visitors to sit down and relax at some green space. Freely accessibly to everyone, the garden also affords views down one side of the building (onto central Osaka), but the views are obviously not quite as commanding as the ones seen from the 60th floor.

Abeno Harukas Osaka ☆ Japan's Tallest Building ☆ あべのハルカス ☆ Japan As It Truly Is
One of the most spectacular night views of Japan's big cities! The recently completed Abeno Harukas next to Tennoji Station in Osaka offers tons of shopping with Japan's biggest department store (the first 16 floors), restaurants, an art museum, plus the Marriott Osaka Miyako Hotel and various corporate offices. But the real jewel is 300m up on the 60th floor - a city view that outdoes even the Yokohama Landmark Tower. The lower floor also has an open air roof. From the very top, you feel that you can almost touch the clouds above you.
At 1500 yen it isn't cheap, but the view and 3D-ish projection show you can see are quite an experience.
The Abeno Harukas gives some good competition to the other high rise in Osaka, the Umeda Sky Building The two views are quite different however, and if you can, by all means go see both. The best time to view them is just before sunset and watching the city turn from day to night. Also in Abeno Harukas are the main Kintetsu Department Store and headquarters of the Sharp Corporation.

Tennoji and neighboring Abeno districts are located in the southeast of central Osaka, where there is Abeno Harukas, the tallest skyscraper in Japan. Tennoji Station is one of Osaka's biggest transportation hubs, served by multiple JR and subway lines. Kintetsu Osaka Abenobashi Station is just across the street from Tennoji Station.
The area south of Tennoji Station has gone through redevelopment over the last several years to make the district reborn. There are about seven malls in the area immediately surrounding the station, there is a wide variety of shopping choices. As other nearby attractions, there are Shitennoji Temple and Tennoji Park with a zoological garden and an art museum. West of the park lies Shinsekai, which is a uniquely Osakan dining and entertainment district.

Abeno Harukas Kintetsu Department Store is the largest department store in Japan. With the largest floor area of 100,000 square meters, it is composed of two buildings, tower and wing. The tower building carries rich selection of many brands from Japan and overseas, has two floors dedicated to interior and furnishing, two food floors in the basement, as well as three restaurant floors. The interior has an aesthetically refined design, considering both art and functionality.
Over at the wing building, shops marketed under the Solaha branding are rather targetted at a younger clientele. Also, the building contains a floor for sports and travel goods, as well as a kids bookstore. Both buildings are connected by passages or short escalators on certain floors.
