Aboriginal Art Museum Utrecht - promotieclip

This is really a nice one! The sound quality is so-so, but the performance is great!! The painted hip hop singer extraordinaire jumps of the stage and contacts the big tree. This reminds of the aboriginal roots of Australia!
In Utrecht there's great big little Aboriginal Museum. Well worth the visit:

Centraal Museum Utrecht - promotieclip

People, I know you are surely intimidated by a visit to France, let alone Paris, but you cannot go far wrong if you just stay around Trocadéro. That is the name of the métro stop, also.
The Eiffel Tower is here, there are a ton of museums and if you don't have any money you can just hang out in the vicinity and enjoy the ambiance which is lovely.
I had a horrible job in this nabe in 1999 and you know what I used to do on my brown bag lunch hours? I used to go out and take nice photos of happy couples! Cuz they wanted a souvenir photo of themselves together and that was not so easy at the time. It gave me a good feeling. You can just watch the carrousel go around, it is lovely! I never even paid yet to go up in the Eiffel Tower, I like the area so much. I like to look at it all. You can just stand UNDER the Tower and be amazed! I have a nice clip going up soon of just that, there is machinery working in it. I do CUTECATFAITH and SLOBOMTION here on YT and I will likely put a unique clip up on Dailymotion under LisaFalour, so please join me there! You can just type my name in and see what I have to show you on the Internet. France totally rocks for tourism but it is not an easy nut to crack, face it.
So my advice for Paris is I know you feel lost here, who does not? But you can start right with this area. And we did not pay a penny to get into this place and I do not think we cheated, either! They just let us in!
Also, remember, most museums give you a choice, like do you wanna see the current show? Cuz for that you might have to pay some. But if you just want to visit the gardens or see the permanent collection chances are it is way cheaper. So think about it cuz you can seldom see a whole place in one visit, it is too exhausting, you need a break! Your head just explodes!
This museum is part of what used to be several different museums. There is also an aquarium nearby, how cool is THAT? The quality of service here was very good and I found the bathrooms clean and a worker made sure that since I am disabled I got an elevator down to one. I did have to speak French, however, let us be real here.
I love the boutiques, cafés and other obvious things in these places, but face it, we do not always have the money for that. Our complaint with this place is that there is a nice garden but we could not find a sitting area with benches for free. We checked online later and found there is one. But it was just not obvious to find, we were being steered toward the pay and sit places, oh well, so be it.
I recommend you have your breakfast early in Paris and set out early for sightseeing. Then, stop at noon and sit down to lunch for an hour or two! Go back, take a siesta, and in late afternoon, walk around and observe! Shop, sit at a café, you get my idea? Dinner is at seven here. It can be really fun to buy picnic food from local supermarkets or bakeries so you need not spend much.
Please do not visit Europe in July or August. The prices are high and it is very hot!
And many places are CLOSED!
My spouse was totally blown away by some of the Australian aboriginal art we saw today. It shows dreams. He just about fell over backwards. The exhibit this was part of explains how we have four ways of perceiving things. It was really interesting!
Always carry a bottle of water here, a small one, and a small sweet to keep up your strength, and also tissues if you need to use a public toilet.
Remember, you can really only see about one thing per day here and morning is best. Public transportaion is quite good but it takes a lotta time to get around. So just adapt to the slower Euro pace and get over it, I have lived here since 1994 and I have only seen a fraction of this marvelous place in all those years, and I try to do a cultural thing weekly!

Trailer BOMB expo AAMU
The exhibition BOMB in Museum of contemporary Aboriginal art in Utrecht, the Netherlands, promises to be a striking, fascinating, at time humorous spectacle. It will be an intense confrontation with nationalism, racism and discrimination. Artists Blak Douglas (aka Adam Hill) and Adam Geczy are staging this exhibition for the AAMU in connection with the celebration of the 300th anniversary of the Treaty of Utrecht. BOMB, which will be held from 11 June 2013 until 5 January 2014, will show a different side to the legendary European negotiations relating to the Treaty.
