Elephant Day Tour Thailand by Bangkok Day Tours
Extraordinary Elephant Day Trip - original by BangkokDayTours Ltd.!
Almost four Hours at the Elephant Camp, elephant trekking and Bathe elephant in the river Kwai
In Thailand, elephants are the most revered of all animals and still play an active part within Thai society and culture. In the past they have been used at the forefront of battles and in more recent times to assist in the logging trade.
Now, visitors have the opportunity to ride and bathe them. Despite their vast size, elephants are remarkably agile and are particularly adept at negotiating the narrow tracks in the forest. It's a little nerve wracking, especially when they are going downhill and you'll be glad that you are securely strapped in with your seat belt.
They often pause along the way, bending far out to pluck some tasty morsel, oblivious to you perched high on their back.
The mahout will jump off during your trek and invite you to slide down onto the elephant's neck and take control. Be warned that their hair is prickly so shorts are not the best attire for this experience.
Later in the day, you will be able to bathe the elephants in the crystal clear waters of the local river. You'll get wet, so don't forget your swimmers. We'll provide the life jackets for you.

Kayaking on Mae Ngat Dam, Chiang Mai
Nestled within the beautiful Sri Lanna National Park you will find the sizable Mae Ngat Somboon Chon Reservior; a fantastic spot for some peaceful kayaking surrounded by lush jungle and mountainous terrain.
Recently we led an awesome group of kids as part of their summer camp in Chiang Mai. Kayaking is a great experience and good opportunity for kids to learn about water safety, practice team work and develop a new skill. This video gives a little bit of insight into the awesome time we have when we go kayaking on Mae Ngat in Sri Lanna National Park.

Here's our travel video which was filmed in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Most of our travel videos showcases the best of our wandering adventures. Ever wondered what takes place when we're not out and about?
Over the span of 9 days in Chiang Mai, Thailand, we spent our nights in 4 different Airbnb listings and did what we do best when we're under a roof; being able to belong anywhere.
We moved around 4 different parts of Chiang Mai which were Luang Nuea, Maerim, Mueang and Mae Wang. From treehouses to a rice field backyard and a luxurious villa to an elephant sanctuary, it was a mix of coziness and exquisiteness.

And here are some useful health/life tips from Durianrider:
Sleep, water, sugar sufficiency must be the daily focus.
Sun + sport must be the weekly focus.
Making the world a better place for humanity, the animals and the environment must be the life focus.
One MUST get consistent early nights to ensure success on a healthy weight loss lifestyle. More early nights means a healthier and faster metabolism + you will have greater nerve energy for the next day as your organs get the rest they need to function healthfully.
High carb low fat fruit based lifestyles work wonders for long term weight loss transformations. I've NEVER seen a fat fruit or rice muncher EVER. People sneak in fat and wonder why they get fat.
Im talking FAT FAT not skinny fat because someone doesn't move their body and they wonder why they dont have a tight stomach.Weight loss transformation WILL happen when you do the right things. High carb, low fat, early nights, consistent hydration etc.
Participate in your fav activities to build the toned body that you want. Do at LEAST 3 hours of light sweat inducing sport each week. Cycling, running, boxing, fast walking, wheel chairing etc. Its easy to lose weight but to build a toned body you MUST MOVE IT! :) AND eat enough carb calories so that the active adventure filled lifestyle is EASY to maintain!! So many people make the mistake of not eating enough carb calories DAILY!! Thats like wanting to be a big spender on 5$ a day! CHOW DOWN THE CARB CALORIES REGARDLESS OF YOUR WEIGHT!!
My recommendations for anyone wanting to get fit + stay fit + gain muscle + burn fat is 10g of carbs per kg of bodyweight per day MINIMUM (even on days off) and 1g of carbs per kg of bodyweight per hour when you're out training. I personally drink enough water so Im pizz'n at least 10 times a day CLEAR and a few times a night. If my urine is yellow or straw, I just knock back a quart and Im good to go. Keep your salt intake low. Healthy whole food plant foods contain all the sodium we need without creating the excess weight gain from sodium retention that added salt can bring.
Raw food diet vegan high carb low fat style based on fruit keeps you slim naturally. How to get a flat stomach, how to lose weight with raw foods.how to start a raw food diet? all these questions and more answered by Durianrider & Freelee on our channels.
