End of the Rainbow at Actors' Playhouse at the Miracle Theatre
Actors' Playhouse continues its 2013-14 season with a celebrated production of Peter Quilter's End of the Rainbow, a new play with music. The recipient of rave reviews in London's West End and on Broadway just last season, End of the Rainbow will make its Florida premiere at the Miracle Theatre from January 15 -- February 9, 2014.
It's December 1968 and Judy Garland is poised to make her triumphant comeback...again. The drama unfolds in a London hotel room as she undertakes an exhausting series of performances at the famed Talk of the Town nightclub to try and reclaim her crown as the greatest talent of her generation. Alongside her young new fiancé, Mickey, and loyal pianist Anthony, Garland — with her signature cocktail of talent, tenacity and razor-sharp wit — takes on her most challenging role ever: herself.
Directed by the award-winning David Arisco, End of the Rainbow will star veteran actress-singer Kathy St. George as Minnesota-born Judy Garland. Joining St. George are Colin McPhillamy (Anthony), Michael Laurino (Mickey) and Terry M. Cain (Various). Musical Director David Nagy leads a six-piece onstage band, backing St. George throughout the production which features Garland's most memorable songs including The Man That Got Away, Come Rain Or Come Shine, The Trolley Song, and, of course, Somewhere Over The Rainbow.
The creative team for End of the Rainbow includes Tim Bennett (Scenic Design), Ellis Tillman (Costume Design), Sean Lawson (Sound Design) and Luke Klingberg (Lighting Design).
The professional actors, creative and design team at Actors' Playhouse take us back to 1968-1969, and meticulously recreate the danger, vulnerability, and first-rate stardom of Judy Garland, and the impact she had on the entertainment world of her time, said Director David Arisco. This is a very special play, only seen in London, New York and LA in the past few years. Now South Florida audiences will be swept away by End of the Rainbow, and Kathy St. George as Judy Garland.

A year after his miraculous transformation, Ebenezer Scrooge is back to his old ways and is suing Jacob Marley and the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future for breaking and entering, kidnapping, slander, pain and suffering, attempted murder and the intentional infliction of emotional distress. The ghosts employ Solomon Rothschild, England's most charismatic, savvy, and clever barrister. Scrooge, that old penny pincher, represents himself. One by one, Bob Cratchit, Scrooge's nephew Fred, several other well-known characters, and eventually Marley and the ghosts themselves take the witness stand to give their account of that fateful night in question. It’s the “Trial of the Century” with hysterical courtroom antics. With the audience feeling as if they are a part of the 1800s style London courtroom, a final verdict awaits.
With this all-new, very smart and clever script, worthy of the Dickens original, playwright Mark Brown has created a hilarious new tradition for the holiday season. Directed by award-winning Artistic Director David Arisco, all of the classic Dickens' characters return, brought to life by a stellar cast that includes: Kevin Reilley (Ebenezer Scrooge), John Felix (Solomon Rothschild), Gregg Weiner (Judge Pearson), Wayne LeGette (Jacob Marley/Bob Cratchit), Carl Waisanen (Bailiff), Ryan Didato (Fred/Ghost of Christmas Future), Diana D’Ambrosio (Mrs. Cratchit/Sara/Mrs. Dilber/Translator) and Lindsey Corey (Belle/Fan/Ghost of Christmas Past).

Making God Laugh at Actors' Playhouse at the Miracle Theatre
Inspired by the Woody Allen joke, If you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans, Sean Grennan's Making God Laugh will make its Florida premiere at Actors' Playhouse at the Miracle Theatre from December 4 -- 29, 2013.
Making God Laugh is a family comedy, following empty nest parents Bill (Peter Haig) and Ruthie (Angie Radosh), as they welcome their children home over various holidays, each ten years apart. Starting at Thanksgiving 1980, the newly launched kids - a priest (Michael Focas), an aspiring actress (Deborah L. Sherman), and a former football player (Gregg Weiner) -- all return home, and audiences learn of their plans and dreams as they embark on their adult lives. Over the course of thirty years' worth of celebrations, including Christmas 1990, New Year's Eve 2000 and Easter in the present, audiences follow the parents and grown children as they adapt to their new adult relationships. Tensions flare up as unresolved issues, old family traditions and dubious recipes are trotted out in this rare play that manages to be absolutely genuine, deeply moving and unbelievably funny all at the same time.
Directed by David Arisco, the creative team for Making God Laugh includes Gene Seyffer (Scenic Design), Ellis Tillman (Costume Design), Elmo Lanclos (Sound Design) and Luke Klingberg (Lighting Design).
We have assembled an all-star cast to create a dysfunctional American family that you will all recognize. In many ways, they will remind you of your own, said Director David Arisco. That's what playwright Sean Grennan does best, we know these people well, and will laugh and cry along with them on their thirty year journey.
Making God Laugh will open on Friday, December 6 at 8 p.m. and play through December 29, 2013. Evening performances will be held Wednesday through Saturday at 8 p.m., with afternoon matinees on Sunday at 3 p.m.

Ruthless! The Musical at Actors' Playhouse at the Miracle Theatre
Actors' Playhouse at the Miracle Theatre will kick off its 2013-2014 Season with the ruthlessly outrageous Off-Broadway hit Ruthless! The Musical from October 9 - November 3, 2013.
Ruthless! The Musical, with music by Marvin Laird and book and lyrics by Joel Paley, is a gem of a satirical comedy about the consuming drive for stardom. Suburban housewife Judy Denmark is dull as dull can be, but her daughter, Tina, is the greatest song-and-dance sensation to ever hit the third grade. She's cute. She dances. She sings. And she would do anything to get the lead role in her school play...ANYTHING! Move over Honey Boo Boo, this outrageous and hysterically funny musical hit garnered rave reviews during its Off-Broadway run in the early 90s, and is ripe for a revival in today's celebrity driven world.
Winner of a Drama Desk Award and an Outer Critics Circle Award, Ruthless! The Musical opened off-Broadway at the Players Theatre on March 13, 1992 and closed January 24, 1993 after 342 performances, with hundreds of regional productions to follow. The central role of Tina Denmark was played by future Broadway actress Laura Bell Bundy, and featured Natalie Portman and Britney Spears as understudies.
Actors' Playhouse's production will feature pint-size powerhouse Julia Dale as Tina Denmark. National anthem singer Julia Dale has been a feature at Miami HEAT games since her rendition of The Star-Spangled Banner garnered international media attention during the NBA Finals in 2011, 2012 and 2013. Julia has since been dubbed the team's Good Luck Charm and is now excited to add professional actress to her credits as she makes her regional theatre debut in Ruthless! The Musical at the Miracle Theatre.
The show also features an adult cast of South Florida's finest regional talent including Amy Miller Brennan (Judy Denmark/Ginger), Sally Bondi (Miss Thorn/Miss Block), Leigh Bennett (Lita Encore) and Jeni Hacker (Louise Lerman/Eve). A male actor in drag traditionally plays Sylvia St. Croix, Tina Denmark's talent agent who has all the charm of Joan Crawford in a daycare. That duty here goes to Gabriel Zenone.
After hearing last year that Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, Toddlers and Tiaras and Dance Moms were taking over the television universe, all I could think of was the funniest, craziest, inside show-biz musical I've ever seen, Ruthless! The Musical, said Actors' Playhouse Artistic Director David Arisco. But how do you pull off Ruthless! without a young star-to-be in the role of adorable/devilish Tina Denmark? Well then came along Julia Dale singing the national anthem during the Miami HEAT championship series, and we found our star! Add five virtuoso comedic and singing adult actors and you've got the funniest play you'll ever see.
Directed by David Arisco, the creative team for Ruthless! The Musical includes Eric Alsford (Musical Direction), Tim Bennett (Scenic Design), Ellis Tillman (Costume Design), Luke Klingberg (Lighting Design) and Alexander Herrin (Sound Design).
Preview performances of Ruthless! The Musical will be held Wednesday and Thursday, October 9 and 10 at 8 p.m. The show will open on Friday, October 11 at 8 p.m. and play through November 3, 2013. Evening performances will be held Wednesday through Saturday at 8 p.m., with afternoon matinees on Sunday at 3 p.m. A special weekday matinee is scheduled on Wednesday, October 16 at 2 p.m.

If you are planning to listen a lot, you could try using a bone conduction headphone, or a standard speaker instead of an earphone.

Steve, the author of the video, gives several useful suggestions to resolve this problem. First of all, one should look at the turning factors when it comes to scoring his credit. Payment history is the most important one. 35% of FICO score is based on payment history, so if you pay on time, your score will never be dropped on hundred points. Next, one should pay attention on the Amounts Owed, which takes 30% of FICO score. The rule №1 – don't keep 'max out credit cards'. If it happens, try to pay these accounts down. If you pay your accounts down to 20% or lower, then you will see a quick bust in your credit score within the next month. The length of the credit history is also important.
