Part 5 - Adventure to Brueder Grimm Castle in Germany..
The Grimm Brothers (Jacob and Wilhelm ) were German authors who together collected and published folklore during the 19th century. They were among the first and best-known collectors of German and European folk tales, and popularized traditional oral tale types such as Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella,Hansel and Gretel,Snow White,The Frog Prince, Rapunzel and Rumpelstiltskin, Just to name a few.. Their classic collection Children and Household Tales (Kinder -und Hausmarchen), was published in two volumes- the first in 1812 and the second in 1815.
The brothers were born in the town of Hanau in Hesse- Cassel (now Germany) and spent most of their childhood in nearby town of Steinau..According to Brothers Grimm Wikipedia..
I had a blast visiting this Castle and I hope you like my video.. Please subscribe and I will see you in the next video.. Check out the movie THE BROTHERS GRIMM with Matt Damon and Heath Ledger.. It's in English as well.. You may see some scenes of the castle..

A March Through Europe (Pt. 42) - Brothers Grimm Tour; Hanau, Germany
March 10, 2018 - Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm - the Brothers Grimm (or, die Brüder Grimm), creators and collectors of oral folk tales were born in the city of Hanau, Germany.
They are credited with the stories of Cinderella, the Frog Prince, Hansel and Gretel, Rapunzel, Sleeping Beauty, and Snow White, and Little Red Hiding Hood, among many others.
Not only is Hanau their birthplace and filled with many statues saluting their work, but it is a beautiful city in its own right, pre-war and post-war, filled with historical buildings and modern malls, plazas, and transit hubs.

Denmark: The Fairytale Kingdom
Did the Vikings discover the route to China? Findings in the graves of a Viking burial site discovered near Lindholm Høje near Aalborg in Denmark during WW2 had some amazing revelations about the travels and the culture of this society. Our explorations of the oldest kingdom in Europe revealed that its rich history and culture can be found in Copenhagen and throughout the three land masses that comprise the country. Feature includes: the home of Hans Christian Andersen, the little mermaid, Legoland, Tivoli Gardens, castles and converted hotels.
