Island Peak Climbing with Everest Base Camp Trek 2019
This video is made by our clients who joined Everest base camp trek with Island Peak climbing in 2019 November.
Island Peak climbing also famous for Imja Tse (6,189m) in Sagarmatha National Park is one of the central climbing peaks in Everest Region with a remarkable and decidedly glaciated West Face that ascends from the Lhotse Glacier. The peak was renamed as Imja Tse peak in 1983. It is an extension of the ridge that comes down from the south end of the Lhotse Shar, situated hardly 10 kilometers away from Mount Everest. This Island peak climbing offers an excellent opportunity to climb a Himalayan Island Summit together with an exhilarating Trek to the Everest Base Camp and Kala Pattar. The magnificent views from the summit are indeed a fitting reward for your efforts. Island peak climbing is considered physically challenging; however, it is not technically challenging.

Into The Mind is a filmmaking exploration that has lead the Sherpas Cinema and Camp 4 Collective crews all over the globe. However the two companies first collaboration took place in Nepal, in the heart of the Himalayan mountain Range. In a rare opportunity filmmakers Dave Mossop, Renan Ozturk and athlete Rory Bushfield set out on a Vision Quest to capture the world's most impressive mountain range, using the latest time lapse and film making technologies. Forced to travel on the tail end of on the monsoon season with rainy weather the team is forced to improvise. Renan introduces Dave and Bushy to a local Sherpa named 'Karma Tsering' a man that allows them to capture the internal world of Nepalese culture and shapes the main vision behind the film.
INTO THE MIND:
From the makers of the award winning film All.I.Can, comes the new feature film: INTO THE MIND. Blur the lines between dream state and reality, as you perceive the world through the minds of many. Into the Mind contemplates the experiences passed between mentors and peers to paint a philosophical portrait of human kind. What drives us to overcome challenge? How do we justify risk? What forces are at the core of a mountain addiction? Unique athlete segments over a multitude of mountain sport genres depict the connectivity of Earth, and window into never seen before moments. Explore how we begin our perception of self, construct the foundations of confidence, and are ultimately led up the path of self-actualization.
As Buddha once said, The mind is everything. What you think you become.
Into The Mind is about becoming.

LANGTANG VALLEY TREK IN JANUARY 2020 (winter) — The First Trek of a 71-year-old Man (3840m)
I took my 71-year-old father to Nepal on an impromptu visit in the winter and he trekked for the first time in his life! On the first day, he walked 8 hours and 21500 steps and the following day 7 hours 19000 steps! He has already given up in the beginning and was shocked to see such high mountains, but as I continued to give him mental support, with the unceasing encouragement from my guide, he pushed through to 3840m asl, and his perspective changes along the journey.
He ascended the mountains a tired, grumpy old man but descended a confident, happy lad — feeling 10 years younger with greater endurance, stronger legs and overall health! ????????????????????????
A great shout out to Resham Neupane, a compassionate, intelligent and caring guide who is above and beyond his service of duty, taking care of my father along the trek and our needs more than we could ever ask for. Resham is not only outstanding in leadership. but what makes a true leader is one with a servant's heart and he clearly demonstrated humility and empathy by never leaving my father's side on the trek no matter how slow he walks, and later helped to soak his tired feet in hot water to reduce inflammation after a 8-hour trek in a stone cold freezing night. You're the best!! Thank you and hope to see you again soon!! ????????
