Trong siêu thị mới khai trương một khu mua sắm vui chơi mới, trong có có chỗ bán cả các chú Cún của Nhật và các loại chó như Poodle.
Ngoài ra ở đây còn có một khu vui cho cho trẻ em và Cún, phải tốn tiền vé mới và chơi được, một vé 40 ngàn/30phút

Kubota Castle (久保田城 Kubota-jō) is a Japanese castle in the city Akita, Akita Prefecture, Japan. Throughout the Edo period, Kubota Castle was home to the Satake clan, daimyō of Kubota Domain, rulers of northern Dewa Province. The castle was also known as Yadome-jō (矢留城) or Kuzune-jō (葛根城). In the official documents of the Tokugawa shogunate, the castle was called Akita-jō (秋田城), although this name is now more commonly used to refer to the Nara period fortified settlement of Akita Castle which was nearby.

The city, which covers an area of 906.09 square kilometres (349.84 sq mi), had an estimated population of 314,662 in October 2016, giving a population density of 347 persons per km2.

The Jizōden ruins within the city limits are a major archaeological site with artifacts from the Japanese Paleolithic period through the Jōmon and Yayoi periods. During the Nara period, the Yamato court established Akita Castle in 733 AD to bring the local Emishi tribes under its control. The area was ruled by a succession of local samurai clans in the Sengoku period, before coming under the control of the Satake clan of Kubota Domain during the Edo period. Under the Tokugawa shogunate, a castle town developed around Kubota Castle.

The first rather loud place is the Haneda-Tokyo Airport.
The second is a video game/ manga shop near AIU.
So.. stuff at Aeon Mall isnt all that expensive compared to the U.S. (in Akita at least). Many of the prices for clothes and shoes and things like that aren't too high. The vending machines are really cool and so far i've only tried the green tea. Most of the vending machines really have the same items and coffee seems to be among the cheaper items in the machine available for purchase. Aeon mall is pretty large. There are mini-mart type store in there and tons of places where one can but clothes, food, utensils, whatever. They also have ATM machines. Um... the room is small but its beginning to feel a bit more comfortable. The bunk bed isn't too bad because the frames are pretty sturdy, there are large wooden bed-guards (if that's what they're called) and it doesn't really seem that high up (i'm taller than the bed). My roommate hasn't returned from break yet but I hope to meet him when he gets here. And.. yep that's about it..

As promised, here is another candy video back to back. Lin and Mei are joined by their new helper and candy expert, Marion, creating a design we picked from YouTube comments. The most popular suggested design in YouTube comments was a dog ????, so we decided on an Akita dog, which is a Japanese large mountain dog breed similar to the husky. The Japanese Akita is typically orange in colour, unlike the American Akita which has mixed coats in different colours. This breed became popular online because of Faithful Hachikō.

“In 1924, Hidesaburō Ueno, a professor in the agriculture department at the University of Tokyo, took Hachikō, a golden brown Akita, as a pet. Ueno would commute daily to work, and Hachikō would leave the house to greet him at the end of each day at the nearby Shibuya Station. The pair continued the daily routine until May 1925, when Ueno did not return. The professor had suffered a cerebral hemorrhage, while he was giving a lecture, and died without ever returning to the train station in which Hachikō would wait. Each day, for the next nine years, nine months and fifteen days, Hachikō awaited Ueno's return, appearing precisely when the train was due at the station.
Hachikō attracted the attention of other commuters. Many of the people who frequented the Shibuya train station had seen Hachikō and Professor Ueno together each day. Initial reactions from the people, especially from those working at the station, were not necessarily friendly. However, after the first appearance of the article about him in Asahi Shimbun on October 4, 1932, people started to bring Hachikō treats and food to nourish him during his wait.” (◕‿◕✿)
Candylabs uses an old-fashion, old world process of making candy. They use no machines (beyond a stove to boil sugars) and make the candy by hand. Their candy is made with simple ingredients and comes in a huge variety of flavours --- we recently tried Pina Colada, for example. The flavour of this dog candy is tangerine, which is a mini-sized citric fruit like an orange. It takes us the entire day to film the process and Lin is very tired by the end of it as the huge piece of candy is very heavy.
