Homestead Orphanage Reveal - Gettysburg, PA
Solo investigation of the infamous Haunted Orphanage in Gettysburg, PA, site of brutal cruelty to orphaned children of Civil War soldiers killed in action from 1866-1877.
Civil War Orphanage Investigation Gettysburg Pa 2013
On Wednesday,June 26th 2013 @ 9:00pm we entered the Civil War Orphanage with 12 other people plus our guide Kendra of Ghostly Images Tours of Gettysburg,Pa. Kendra took us around telling the group of the history of Gettysburg as well as the dark history of the Orphanage itself. At about 9:20pm we entered the basement torture chamber of the cruel Rosa Carmichael, who had been the caretaker of the children until it was discovered she was torturing the children. As the basement investigation was ending at 9:45pm I recorded an Orb that appeared then disappeared near the back wall behind some duct work. With that capture was an unexplained voice asking How did you get out? and followed by the name Rosa. We then went upstairs and Kendra began using a K2 meter and started an attempt to contact the children from those dark days in the late 1800's....as the K2 meter began to register some Spiritual presence & the children were being called upon our session was abruptly interrupted by a warning of a severe thunderstorm in town...as we exited the building quickly and as soon as the last person was out and the door was locked behind them, the storm suddenly stopped and all was calm. Was this a warning from Rosa that she still controlled those children? Maybe...it is said that she was responsible for several missing children and they were never found. It is also said that she is still trying to keep all her crimes secret. About 2 years ago the Ghost Adventures Crew ( Zac,Nick & Aaron) did an investigation there... Upon being provoked by Zac toward Rosa down in this very basement about what she had done they recorded a voice saying I never killed again. Even in death, the evil Rosa Carmichael still controls and tortures these poor children.
The Haunting of Sachs Bridge - Our Haunted Travels
In this video, Boris will share with you some of the urban legends, ghosts stories and folklore, and some hidden potential ghosts caught on camera. You do not want to watch this one alone in the dark... or do you?
The Sachs Covered Bridge, also known as Sauck's Covered Bridge and Waterworks Covered Bridge, is a 100-foot (30 m), Town truss covered bridge over Marsh Creek between Cumberland and Freedom Townships, Adams County in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The bridge was also known as the Sauches Covered Bridge at the time of the Battle of Gettysburg. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
During the American Civil War, both the Union and Confederate Armies used the bridge in the Battle of Gettysburg and its aftermath. It is reportedly known to be severely haunted as a result.

Did FBI find Civil War gold in Pennsylvania?
(9 Oct 2018) A father-son pair of treasure hunters are challenging the FBI's position that nothing was found during an excavation aimed at uncovering a fabled cache of Civil War-era gold earlier this year.
Dennis and Kem Parada say they believe dozens of gold bars might have been buried in the woods near Dents Run, about 135 miles northeast of Pittsburgh, around the time of the Battle of Gettysburg.
Last March, the treasure hunters led the FBI to the mountainous, heavily wooded area to dig for the gold, after which the FBI says it came up empty.
But the Paradas say they had shown agents back in January how their sophisticated metal detector lit up like crazy when aimed at the spot where they believed the gold was hidden.
Within a month, they say, the FBI had hired an outside firm to conduct an underground scan using a device called a gravimeter. The scan had identified a large metallic mass with the density of gold, they say.
Per an agreement with the agents, the FBI was to let the men watch the excavation but officers, instead, confined them to their car _ out of sight of the wooded hillside where a backhoe was digging _ for six hours that first day before they were finally allowed up the hill. The digging proceeded for another hour before an agent called an abrupt halt at 3 p.m., saying the team was cold, tired and hungry and it would be getting dark soon. They were just 3 feet from the target, according to the Paradas.
The second day of the excavation was similar to the first and they were once again confined to their car for hours and soon escorted up the hill to the dig site _ by then a large, empty hole. The FBI had finished the excavation without of their presence.
We were embarrassed, Dennis Parada told The Associated Press in his first interview since the well-publicized dig last winter.
They walk us in, and they make us look like dummies. Like we messed up, Paradas added.
The Paradas, backed by neighbors' accounts of late-night excavation and FBI convoys, contend the FBI isn't telling the whole story and are pressing the bureau to release secret records on the dig.
Federal investigators insisted a few days after leaving the site that the search came up empty, adding cryptically that its work there was related to an ongoing investigation and declining further comment to the Associated Press.
The dispute between the Paradas and the FBI is the latest chapter in a mystery that has persisted for more than a century and a half. As the story goes, around the time of the 1863 Battle of Gettysburg, the Union Army sent a shipment of gold from Wheeling, West Virginia, to Philadelphia.
The wagon train took a circuitous route through the wilds of northern Pennsylvania so as to avoid Confederate troops. Along the way, the gold was either lost or stolen.

Gettysburg Ghost Gals-Hanover's Most Haunted Home with Tom and Deanna Simpson
The Gettysburg Ghost Gals have been researching, documenting and investigating this home for several years. FOX 43: Last summer, a couple asked us to visit their haunted house in Hanover, York County. They say they’re living with several spirits, and when our crew visited they got more than they bargained for.
They’re the group that captured a photo of a “shadow man” in the basement.
“There’s definitely a very ominous, negative spirit in the basement of this house, I have absolutely no doubt about that,” says investigator Brigid Goode. “We have caught a woman and children also in the home, so there are very many spirits here.”
The teams set up a camera and green beam light system to track any movement. Audio recordings seemed to pick up words and phrases, including FOX43 photographer Becca Knier’s name. Goode says she felt a ghostly touch – her hair was pulled.
“This piece right here was totally pinned back, it actually got pulled and tugged when we were on the couch,” she says.
A local medium also shares her thoughts about spirit activity in the home. The homeowners say they aren’t surprised.
“Don’t judge a book by its cover, don’t judge me, or my family when you’re not living in this position,” says homeowner DeAnna Simpson.
FOX43 photographer, Nick Petrillo, received a scratch in the home that he could’t explain. When they story aired, hundreds of people reached out to the Simpsons about the house.
“I don’t wish it on anybody else, so I wouldn’t give any negative comments after being through it to anybody else’s experiences,” says homeowner Tom Simpson.
He received a similar scratch which he talked about on an episode of the Dead Files. The show aired days after Petrillo visited.
“We were just sitting here at the table and we were just kidding around one day, and I said of it’s probably your ghost because I was very skeptical,” Simpson says. “I looked down and I had a scratch right across my wrist here so that’s a personal thing I had happen. Kind of makes you go from being a skeptic to believing.”
On the second visit, a ghost investigations company called the Gettysburg Ghost Gals also came to the home. They’ve performed investigations there over the years.

4 Most Haunted Places around the World

4 Most Haunted Places around the World
Check our recent video
Everyone seems to know of at least one haunted house; as kids there was almost certainly one in our own neighbourhood. This list contains the most famous and most haunted places in the world. If you have had any experiences of a similar nature, feel free to tell us about it in the comments. I should add, before starting, that I am a skeptic; I have written this list for entertainment value.
1. Borley Rectory, Essex, England
The haunting of the Borley Rectory during the 1920s and 1930s, is undoubtedly one of the most famous in Britain, as well as being one of the most controversial. The wealth of sightings and experiences by independent witnesses, suggests that although much of the phenomena can be explained in rational terms, a percentage remains which can still be seen as inexplicable at the present time.
2. The Whaley House, California
Author deTraci Regula relates her experiences with the house: “Over the years, while dining across the street at the Old Town Mexican Cafe, I became accustomed to noticing that the shutters of the second-story windows [of the Whaley House] would sometimes open while we ate dinner, long after the house was closed for the day. On a recent visit, I could feel the energy in several spots in the house, particularly in the courtroom, where I also smelled the faint scent of a cigar, supposedly Whaley’s calling-card. In the hallway, I smelled perfume, initially attributing that to the young woman acting as docent, but some later surreptitious sniffing in her direction as I talked to her about the house revealed her to be scent-free.”
3. Raynham Hall, Norfolk, England
Raynham Hall is a country house in Norfolk, England. For 300 years it has been the seat of the Townshend family. The hall gave its name to the area, known as East Raynham, and is reported to be haunted, providing the scene for possibly the most famous ghost photo of all time, the famous Brown Lady descending the staircase. However, the ghost has not been reported since the photo was taken. Its most famous resident was Charles Townshend, 2nd Viscount Townshend (1674-1738), leader in the House of Lords.
4. The Myrtles Plantation, Louisiana
The Myrtles Plantation was built in 1796 by General David Bradford and called Laurel Grove. Touted as “one of America’s most haunted homes”, the plantation is supposedly home of at least 12 ghosts. It is often reported that 10 murders occurred in the house, but historical records only indicate the murder of William Winter. Possibly the most well known of the Myrtles supposed ghosts, Chloe (sometimes Cleo) was reportedly a slave owned by Clark and Sara Woodruff. According to one story, Clark Woodruff had pressured or forced Chloe into being his mistress. Chloe and Clark were caught by Sara Woodruff, and Chloe began to listen at keyholes, trying to learn what would happen to her.

Sachs Bridge - Paranormal History Profile
In this video we will talk about the history, our personal experiences and why we believe that Sachs Bridge in Gettysburg, Pa is so haunted. We have visited this bridge many times, and each time we got to Gettysburg, we make it a point to go out at least twice. Once at night, and once during the day time.

Ghost screaming in haunted hotel - FULL LENGTH
WATCH the full length Documentary at: blackwellghost.com
**UPDATE: Due to legal matters, I am not allowed to say any more information regarding the exact location of this hotel. Please stop asking. Thank you!
This video was submitted to us by the hotel security manager who was standing watch on September 14, 2003 at a WINGATE HOTEL in Illinois. His voice can be heard in the background of the recording.
According to him, people staying at the hotel began calling in noise complaints to the front desk with reports of loud screaming coming from the 2nd floor--particularly room #209. There is no known history to the room according to our investigation. However, upon further review, we found that over the years, multiple complaints of strange noises were reported to be coming from the room. This is the only known recording of it.
Note to comments:
It's funny how people think this video is edited/fake. The audio is a mix down between the security camera audio and a separate recording from inside the office (which is specifically there to record in case of robbery to the hotel). People will always come to there own conclusions why a video is fake (like cameras pointed at the door). What they don't realized is that there are about 80 cameras in the hallways around the hotel, all pointing at doors and hallways.

On July 11, 2018 we traveled to Gettysburg, Pennsylvania and one of our stops was to investigation an area in a parking lot right next to East Cemetery Hill. This video was a live paranormal investigation at this location, please watch as we try to communicate with a spirit named Rebecca.
The battle of East Cemetery Hill during the American Civil War was a military engagement on the second day of the Battle of Gettysburg, in which an attack of the Confederacy's Louisiana Tigers Brigade and a brigade led by Colonel Robert Hoke was repelled by the forces of Colonel Andrew L. Harris and Colonel Leopold von Gilsa of the XI Corps (Union Army), plus reinforcements. The site is on Cemetery Hill's east-northeast slope, east of the summit of the Baltimore Pike.
Confederate General Robert E. Lee assigned Lt. Gen. Richard S. Ewell's Second Corps to launch a demonstration against the Union right to distract the Army of the Potomac during Longstreet's attack to the south-southwest (Hood's Assault, McLaws' Assault, and Anderson's assault). Ewell was to exploit any success his demonstration might achieve by following up with a full-scale attack at his discretion. Preceded by a 4 p.m. artillery barrage from Benner Hill, the demonstration's infantry attack commenced with Johnson's Assault on Culp's Hill. The Union artillery lunettes on East Cemetery Hill provided protection from the barrage, and the counterbattery fire on Ewell's 4 batteries forced them to withdraw with heavy casualties (e.g., Major Joseph W. Latimer).
