Ο Αντώνης και η Ειρήνη ξεκινούν τις «Θαλάσσιες Αποδράσεις» στην Αγία Φωτιά ή Καμάρι για τους ντόπιους, μια πολυσύχναστη παραλία, σε απόσταση μόλις 11km από την πόλη. Βρίσκεται νοτιανανατολικά της Χίου, είναι απάνεμη και δίπλα σε αυτήν βρίσκεται το αλιευτικό καταφύγιο του Άγιου Γιάννη, απ'όπου μπορεί να γίνει και καθέλκυση μικρών σκαφών. Η παραλία διαθέτει ανέσεις για τους λουόμενους και ξενοδοχεία ή δωμάτια για τους τουριστικούς επισκέπτες.
Συναντούν τον κύριο Στέφανο Καρυστιανό στο γραφείο του στο Λιμεναρχείο Χίου και τους ενημερώνει για τους κανονισμούς ασφαλούς ερασιτεχνικής αλιείας. Η απόσταση που πρέπει να διατηρούν τα διερχόμενα σκάφη από τους λουόμενους είναι 200m από τον τελευταίο. Όσον αφορά τους ψαροτουφεκάδες, δεν πρέπει ποτέ να ξεχνούν τη σημαδούρα τους και ενδείκνυται να ψαρεύουν μαζί με παρέα.
Μην παραλείψετε να την επισκεφθείτε, θα απολαύσετε σίγουρα το μπάνιο σας και γιατί όχι θα μπορούσατε να δοκιμάσετε και κάποιο θαλάσσιο σπορ!
Antonis and Eirini at the beginning of the TV show Thalassies Apodraseis visit Agia Fotia or Kamari beach a popular place 11km from the city center. It is located at the southeastern side of Chios, a calm place next to Agios Yiannis fishing boat shelter. There are many facilities at the beach, hotels and rooms for rent for visitors.
They also meet mr Stefanos Karystianos in his office at Chios Coast Guard office and informs us about the safety regulations while fishing. The distance between the boats and the swimmers must be 200m. The spearfishermen should always use a buoy and it's better to go fishing with someone else.

Wir erkunden den Süden Kretas, und schrecken auch vor schlechten Wegen nicht zurück. Ein wenig mulmig wird's dann schon, als uns an der engsten Stelle ein Lastwagen entgegenkommt.
Inmitten einer wildromantischen Landschaft liegt hoch am Berg das Kloster Moni Kapsa. Seine Lage ist auch gleichzeitig sein Reiz, denn Kunstschätze gibt es hier nicht zu sehen. Dafür viel Natur und vom Dach aus eine prächtige Aussicht auf das tiefblaue Libysche Meer. Auf dem gleichen Weg geht's dann wieder zurück.
