Agra Local Delicacies - Part 1
Bedai- This typical breakfast, usually served at street stands, consists of the extreme flavours of Indian spice. The bedai (sometimes spelled berahi) is a fried, puffy bread, much like kachori, served with a bowl of spicy Aloo sabzi and a dollop of curd. Freshly made and consumed one after another on a crowded street corner, is the perfect breakfast of Agra.
Aloo Chaat is a mouth-watering treat that everybody loves! Tasty baby boiled potatoes are combined with onions, tomatoes and indian spice mix as well as peppy chaat masala and tangy lemon juice to make a really flavourful treat.
Punch shake- I bet you find this shake at any other corner of india. This is the shake which literally gives you a punch of cooling in blasting summers.!
It is a mixture of 5 shakes- Banana, rose, mango, watermelon and one is the secret????
A world-renowned Indian dish, biryani takes time and practice to make but is worth every bit of the effort. Long-grained rice (like basmati) flavored with exotic spices such as saffron is layered with lamb, chicken, fish, or vegetables cooked in a thick gravy. The dish is then covered, its lid sealed on with dough and the biryani is cooked on a low flame. But this biryani had one sweet crispy note on tongue which is - Caramelised Onion.
Nihari is a Pakistani/Indian/Bangladeshi dish, a fiery spicy stew consisting of slow cooked mutton/beef or chicken. The word Nihari originates from the Arabic word 'Nahaar' which means early morning. It is so named because Nihari was originally enjoyed in the early morning, right after fajr prayers. But here in agra you can have this taste all day long till 9pm. And trust me this would be a soft salty creamy taste of chicken all together.
Kebab paratha- Ground beef is stuffed with a spiced onion mixture and then shallow fried until crisp and savory in this favorite street food of Muslim Indians. The recipe for these kebabs, which can also be made with lamb or goat. Here in agra it is enjoyed by Ulte tawa ka paratha and green garlic chutney which gives you a crunchy kebab and spicy garlic chutney flavour.

AUTHENTIC Southern Indian THALI at Taj Mahal Restaurant | Hyderabad, India
I have been in love with India ever since the first time I visited back in January of 2018. Eleven months later, in November, I spent nearly three weeks experiencing the rich history, fascinating culture, friendly people, and mouthwatering food of this beautiful and charming country. This time, I teamed up with my buddy Sam, and we had the time of our lives!

Our third day in Hyderabad with our friend Sailesh continued as we made a stop at Taj Mahal Restaurant for an authentic southern Indian Thali. A Thali is a large platter that is filled with different Indian dishes, including breads, rice, chutneys, and various curries. Sailesh explains to me that while northern Indian Thali's contain lots of breads, the Thali's in southern India are mostly rice-based. Come along with us as we eat some amazing southern Indian Thali!
My Film Making Kit ►
This Thali looked amazing and included various dishes made of potato, carrot, vada soaked in curd, as well as puri, yogurt, flavored rice, fried onion fritters, corn, sambar, and more. I couldn’t wait to dive in!
The first thing I tried was the fried onion, which was delicious! The corn dish was super fresh and contained carrots, cabbage, and coconut. It was so good and really unique! Next, I tried a piece of the puri with a dish made of spinach, cabbage, and nuts. The puri was thicker than the one I’d had for breakfast that morning, and the dish was really nice. The next curry I tried contained green beans, carrots, and peppers, and was one of the best curries I’d ever had! It was crunchy and super flavorful.
Next, we added the rice to our plates, added the dal to some of it, mixed it with our fingers, and then ate it with our hands. I’d never eaten rice with my hands, but it was awesome! It was super light, not spicy at all. Next was the tomato rasam with a very thin and crispy flatbread called papad. The combination was unreal! These two foods were made to be eaten together! Next up was the rice with sambar and lots of vegetables. It was so tasty! The mix of the soft rice, flavorful sambar, and crispy papad was out of this world! Next was the curd, which I’m not really a fan of, but we added a spicy mango pickle to it. The curd was super thick!
Up next was a yellow rice dish called pulihora, which came with a dark green chili, but it wasn’t hot. That was followed by the vada soaked in a watered-down curd. It was really nice! This curd was less thick than the previous one. It had a little bit of cardamom in it, and I liked it more than the other one. It kind of reminded me of a watery rice pudding. This was so different from a northern Thali, but just as delicious.
After that, it was time for Sam to try everything with our friend Rakesh! He loved mixing everything with his hands, especially the curd, rice, and carrot curry!
I hope you enjoyed watching me, Sam, Sailesh, and Rakesh enjoy this incredible southern Indian Thali! If you did, please give this video a thumbs up and leave me a comment below! BUTTERY Punjabi INDIAN Street Food BREAKFAST Tour | Amritsar, India
In November of 2018, I embarked upon the most epic and most ambitious trip of my life: a 21-day trip back to India after my first visit to the country eleven months earlier. I fell in love with India the first time and my love for it has only grown in my time away. Instead of exploring the country solo like I did in January, this time I went with my buddy Sam, who I knew I would have tons of incredible experiences with as we traveled through this beautiful and magical country.

With the first two cities of our epic trip (Pune and Hyderabad) now in our rearview mirror, it was time for our adventures in city number three, Amritsar, to begin! Come along with us as we head out on a mind-blowing Punjabi breakfast street food tour!
My Film Making Kit ►
Wearing my new turban, which I was given by a few new Sikh friends the previous night, I set out early on our first morning in Amritsar with Sam and my friend Deepak from Amritsar Walking Tours to have an amazing Punjabi breakfast street food tour.
Our first stop was at the 65-year-old Pehalwan Kulcha Shop, where we tried some Kulcha, which is a traditional mildly leavened flatbread made from maida flower and lots of spices, and is served with chole masala (chickpea masala) and a tamarind sauce that was loaded with onions. My kulcha was made with lots of green chilies, but my first taste was of Deepak’s kulcha, which was crispy, super buttery, and was bursting with the flavors of lots of delicious herbs and spices! My kulcha wasn’t super spicy, but it was still out of this world. I loved the flavor of the ghee (Indian clarified butter), and putting a bit of the chole and tamarind sauces made for a mouthwatering flavor and texture combination!
Then it was Sam’s turn to try the Kulcha. He said it’s the best flatbread he’s ever had in India, so I think that means he liked it!
After our incredible Kulcha breakfast, Deepak took us to a small shop called Tara Chand, which is located in the walled city known as Old Amritsar. There, we tried some paneer bhurji, another popular breakfast here in the city! This dish is made of cottage cheese, butter, vegetables, and a secret masala the cooks won’t share with anyone! It was served with two slices of bread, a mint chutney, a tamarind sauce, and onions, and contains an unreal amount of butter! It’s a super heavy and creamy dish, and is full of herbs and spices. But it tastes so good! The mint chutney was fantastic paired with it. The dish is almost like cheesy, buttery scrambled eggs, except there are no eggs in it!
Next, we went to two shops to try some Amritsari Lassi! Lassi is a creamy, yogurt-based drink that is typically enjoyed at the end of an Indian meal, and is the national drink of India. The dairy in the lassi really helps to cool down your mouth after dishes with lots of chilies and fiery spices! We stopped by Giani Punjabi Lassi, where we watched them make a traditional lassi by hand, which included a large dollop of cream and butter on top. My first spoonful of it was all butter, but once you sip it, it’s like a really thick, rich, and fatty milkshake. It was decadent and absolutely delicious, and I couldn’t get enough of it!
I hope you enjoyed our epic, buttery Punjabi breakfast tour! If you did, please give this video a thumbs up and leave me a comment below so we can chat! And please subscribe to my channel if you haven’t already so you don’t miss out on any of my upcoming food and travel content!

INDIAN Food with 100,000 PEOPLE at the WORLD'S BIGGEST Kitchen! Golden Temple, Amritsar, India
In my 10 years of traveling the world, few places have left as big of an impression on me than India. This is a truly beautiful and remarkable country, filled with loving, warm, and friendly people, a stunning and fascinating culture, and some of the best food anywhere on Earth. There are profound experiences to be had at nearly every turn here, and I had one of my own when I visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar with my travel buddy Sam and our new friend Deepak.

On day two of our time in Amritsar, I knew I wanted to visit the Golden Temple, also known as Darbar Sahib or Sri Harmandir Sahib. Amritsar is a holy city for those who practice the Sikh religion, and the more than 400-year-old Golden Temple is the most significant shrine for Sikhs in the world. The temple welcomes people of all faiths and walks of life. Everyone is considered equal here. It is also home to the biggest free kitchen in the world, which is open 24 hours a day! Come along with me, Sam, and Deepak as we experience the beauty and wonders of The Golden Temple!
My Film Making Kit ►
You have to wear proper attire when you go to the Golden Temple, so my first order of business was buying a shirt at a nearby shop for 700 rupees. Then I chose an orange turban. You can rent a turban here, but I decided to buy mine for 300 rupees. Getting my head wrapped was such a relaxing experience. It was almost like getting a head massage! I also bought a bracelet to complete my look. Just call me David Singh!
On our way to the temple, we passed a Jallianwala Bagh Memorial, which commemorates the thousands of victims of a mass shooting by members of the British Indian Army, which took place in Amritsar in 1919. The incident and its aftermath are considered by historians to be a decisive step toward the end of British rule in India.
Before you enter the temple, you have to take off your shoes and deposit them, and wash your hands and feet. After we were all nice and clean, we watched the queue of thousands of people lining up to enter the temple. The smog in the air partially shrouding the temple added a level of mystique to the scene before us. It was absolutely beautiful. After admiring the view, and watching people bathe in the water between us and the temple, we made our way to the langar, or kitchen, where roughly 100,000 people are served per day, with between 2,000 and 3,000 visitors dining together inside the kitchen’s two dining halls for fifteen minutes at a time.
As we walked through the kitchen, we watched people make flatbreads, saw a machine that makes roti, and witnessed the cooks preparing massive vats of dal, which contain 500kg of lentils! The aroma was so potent. I couldn’t wait to eat!
After chatting with some of my fellow diners, we were served some maa ki dal, chickpea chole, a dessert called kheer, and flatbread. The dal was so delicious and flavorful! You can tell that it’s served and made with love, as Deepak said. Here, he says, there is no rank, no caste, no color, no religion here. Everyone is treated equally, which is how I believe the world should always be. Here, volunteers clean everything, from the floors to the dishes and utensils. This place is a bastion of love and positive energy. You can feel it the moment you walk in, and I couldn’t help but get emotional after having such a beautiful experience. Come to The Golden Temple. It will change your life.
I hope you enjoyed our incredible visit to The Golden Temple. If you did, please give this video a thumbs up and leave me a comment below. And please subscribe to my channel if you haven’t already so you don’t miss out on any of my upcoming food and travel content!

INDIAN Food with 100,000 PEOPLE at the WORLD'S BIGGEST Kitchen! Golden Temple, Amritsar, India

Lucknow Vegetarian Food Tour - Malai Paan + Basket Chaat + Makhan Malai Part- 1/2
In our journey to discover some of the tastiest food India has to offer we found ourselves lost amongst the heidy aromas of Kebabs and Nawabiyat of Uttar Pradesh’s capital Lucknow.
First Stop- Shukla Tea Stall
We began our day with some kadak chai, pakodi and samosa. The tea is thick and strong is truly what they call “malai maar ke”chai. The pakodi is served here only in the mornings, perfectly crispy and super fresh, these fritters are made with chickpea flour, onions and spinach. But we are living for the samosas served here. Honestly the slight sourness in the stuffing that comes from dried mango powder is truly unique to U.P. Even the shape of the samosa is not you run-of-the-mill triangle but a little more round which allows it to have just a little more stuffing.
Second Stop- Bajpayee Kachori Bhandar
The ultimate Khasta is served at this small shop along with chickpea and potato sabzi. The Khasta is stuffed with dals and is super crisp. We also tried the Kachori and Sabzi and a dry potato sabzi which was topped with mint. Each and every dish we tried was delicious!
Third Stop- Ram Asrey
Here we tasted the Malai Gilori or Malai Paan. It's just a layer of thick cream filled with khoya and dry fruits. It is sweet and very decadent.
Fourth Stop- Ram Asrey
This one was established in 1805 serving an amazing array of sweets. Their speciality is the Malai ki Gilori which is made from slow cooking buffalo milk. Another speciality is the Kaali Gajar ka halwa. The process of cooking this halwa is very long but there is another sweet dish which takes about two says to make. Dudhiya is one of the dishes that seems simple but has complex and time consuming method of cooking. Made with milk, clarified butter, sprouted wheat and dry fruits, this dish is a flavour bomb.
Fifth Stop- Netram Ajay Kumar
Serving classics like Kachori, jalebi and gulgule, this place has been in Aminabad since 1854. We got the Kachori Thali here which includes kachori, dry potato sabzi, pumpkin sabzi, raita, tamarind chutney, potato and pea sabzi, jalebi and gulgule. Everything on that plate was supremely delicious.
Sixth Stop- Jagdish Makhan Malai
Known as daulat ki chaat in Delhi, Malaiyo in Banaras and Makhan Malai in Lucknow. This is made from milk and cream and here they add some cardamom, pistachios and saffron. We also tried the Kesariya Doodh which is below the foamy layer of the Makhan Malai.
Seventh Stop- Royal Cafe
Here we ate a number of things. First was the Palak patta chaat which is a spinach leaf dipped in chickpea flour batter and fried then topped with yogurt, tamarind chutney green chilli chutney and chaat masala, it is super crispy and very flavourful. Then qe tried the nimbu matar, tikki and the famous basket chaat. The basket is made from fried potatoes and the chaat on the whole consists of 25 things in it. There's a different flavour in every bite.
Eighth Stop- Shukla Chaat House
Another name for the humble gol gappa, Batashe, is what we tried here. Here they are filled with matar and mint- imli water. Another dish here is Matara which are crisp and soft tikiya topped with coriander, lemon and crushed batashe for crunch.
Ninth Stop- Pandit Raja Ki Mashur Thandai
This shop has been there since 1936. Thandai is basically cold spiced milk. Here the milk is flavoured at least 18 spices which are put in keeping the weather in mind along with dry fruits too.
Tenth Stop- Chaurasiya Paan Bhandar
Final stop had to be for paan but not just any paan, Maghai Paan. This is made from a special leaf which is available only during the winter season. The speciality of this particular leaf is its texture, it just melts in the mouth.

French Girls Try AGRA KA PETHA First Time | It's Not What You Expect | Anil Mahato
We made our French Girl Friends - Sonia, Imane & Noure Try AGRA KA PETHA first time in their life. Their food reaction to this Indian sweet candy extremely famous among Indians was not what I expected. Some foreginers like INDIAN SWEETS and some don't like. I have also many foreigner friends who are crazy about INDIAN FOODS. One must try to eat Petha from Agra if they go ever to see Taj Mahal and also bring for the family as a gift from Agra. In fact, many Indian family would expect it and also ask if you did bring.
AGRA KA PETHA (आगरा का पेठा)
Petha (पेठा) is a translucent soft candy from India which are small usually in cylindrical or rectangular in shape. The ingredients of this Pethais mainly ash gourd vegetable (also known as winter melon or white pumpkin, or simply petha in Hindi and Urdu) mixed with sugar soup. These days Petha specially from Agra are getting very attractive, delicous, more flavoreful, colorful and tasty, comes in different size, shape, diet, flavor.
History
Since everyone in India knows that Petha is purely Indian food developed during the time of Shah Jahan, the king of Agra then during Mughal time. The same king who build the Taj Mahal for her queen, the 7th wonder of the world.

Pizza Hut in INDIA is DELICIOUS! Spicy INDIAN Pizza | Kolkata, India
My trip to India in November of 2018 was my second time exploring the country in less than a year. I spent eighteen days on the ground, touring every attraction and historical site I could find in each of the seven cities I visited, and I met some truly outstanding people and ate some exquisite food along the way. My travel buddy Sam from Samuel & Audrey came with me and we documented our adventures together!

After we arrived in Kolkata a day earlier than we initially expected, we had a free day to explore before getting into our planned itinerary the following day. So we decided to check out a couple of fast food chains and see how the Indian versions compared to their American counterparts. After lunch at McDonald’s earlier in the day, we decided to go to Pizza Hut for dinner!
My Film Making Kit ►
We went a little crazy and ordered six different pizzas, including five veg pizzas and one non-veg, and a drink. It was our first time trying Indian pizzas, so we had no idea what to expect, but we were excited to dive in! Here is everything we tried!
-Masala Lemonade (49 Rupees)
The first thing we tried was the Masala Lemonade, a dark drink that looked very icy. It was lemonade with a lot of spice and was so unique and refreshing!
-Paneer Capsicum Pizza(129 Rupees)
Our first pizza was the Paneer Capsicum, which was spicy and contained lots of peppers, a light tomato sauce, and had a nice, thick, crunchy dough. The paneer on it was amazing and was like a second dose of cheese on top of the regular cheese!
-Paneer Soya Supreme Pizza (325 Rupees)
Next up was the Paneer Soya Supreme, which has bits of soya crumbles with masala, green peppers, chilies, and paneer. It was fantastic, and quite spicy. It was
-Tandoori Paneer Pizza (265 Rupees)
Next up, we had the Tandoori Paneer, which contained tomatoes, onions, green peppers, paneer, cheese, and barely any tomato sauce – the least of any of the pizzas so far. It was sweet, juicy, and really flavorful.
-Corn Pizza (89 Rupees)
Our next pizza was the Corn Pizza, which was loaded with corn and melted cheese. It was super corny and creamy and another really unique pizza!
-Soya and Onion Pizza (99 Rupees)
Next, we went with the Soya and Onion, which contained more soya crumbles, crispy onion, and quite a bit of sauce on a nice, crunchy crust. As soon as you bite into it, you can taste the masala. It’s spicy and extremely flavorful and was fabulous!
-Chicken Sausage and Tikka Pizza (325 Rupees)
Our final pizza was essentially India’s version of the meat-lover’s pizza, with chicken sausage, tikka, peppers, and red chilies. There were so many flavors, including pepper and masala and it was really good!
Amazingly, it all came to less than $20 U.S., an incredible deal for so much food! The crust of all the pizzas was nearly identical to the ones in the U.S., but the toppings were all very different and unique to India. I love what they’re doing here! If you ever come to India, try the pizza at Pizza Hut for a fun and diverse flavor trip. Everything was out of this world!
I hope you enjoyed our visit to an Indian Pizza Hut in Kolkata! If you did, please give it a thumbs up and leave me a comment below. Also, please subscribe to my channel and click the notification bell so you don’t miss any of my upcoming food and travel content!

Delhi, India is a true CURRY HEAVEN, and we traveled here to go for this DEEP Street Food tour of Old Delhi! The Food Ranger (Trevor James) is in India eating Street Food! This walk through Old delhi truly was an AMAZING STREET FOOD ADVENTURE with delicious curry, amazing restaurants, and with so much tasty and UNIQUE Indian food recipes for our huge Indian dinner.
If you love eating street food around the world and street food in India, or even all over Asia, you will love the street food in Old Delhi. You can find street food everywhere, where everyone seems to cook delicious Indian recipes for curry and SPICY dishes all over the street.
In one day in old Delhi, India, we had 7 delicious street foods all made in the halal style.
We started out the day with an AMAZING ramadan experience at the largest Mosque in Delhi, Jama Masjid. We picked up a ton of different Indian street foods to bring to the mosque and break the fast with all the locals. We shared the delicious food, and then went back to the streets of Old Delhi to try more food.
The first food we had on our street food tour was the Delhi Fried Chicken, DFC, covered in Indian spices like masala and mustard. It was extremely JUICY and PLUMP!!!
Afterwards, we tried more BBQ chicken and then went for a nice Indian dinner cooked by one of the locals in Old Delhi. His family recipes were passed down to him and his food was legendary! We ate Indian Chicken Biryani and chicken korma curry along with Buffalo Korma along with Kameeri Roti! It was absolutely delicious!
After this, we went to the LEGENDARY Changezi chicken joint that invented the recipe for this juicy and flavour packed chicken curry dish!
To finish of the day, we went for some delicious BBQ Seekh Kebabs, extremely flavourful!!
The addresses for these street food restaurants in Old Delhi, India, are found on the main street below Jama Masjid, Old Delhi, India.

Allahabad Food Tour - Makhan ke ANDE - SAKODA (Spicy Pakoda) - Gulab Jamun (Allahabadi RASGULLA) 2/2
The sheer amount of food to try in Allahabad is insane. Trust us, if you start exploring the streets for food you will not be disappointed.
First Stop- Indian Coffee House
We started our day with the basics- coffee and keema omelette. Wait! Ok not so basic. The keema omelette serves as the perfect start to your day. It is not too spicy and not heavy either, but it will keep you stomach happy and satisfied.
Second Stop- Sheebu Omelette Shop
If you’re looking for that perfect breakfast and chai combination, this is the place to be. This 35 year old shop is known for serving some of the most buttery Bun- Omelette in the area. The omelette is very simple, it consists of onions, green chillies and coriander and cooked in a whole lot of butter. You can either go for the bun-omelette or a simple bun-butter, and boy do they use butter liberally! Enjoy all of this with a side of steaming hot chai.
Third Stop- VIP Rasgulla
For all those people who are going to get confused when they see Gulab Jamuns instead of Rasgullas, hold your horses people! In Allahabad, the humble gulab jamuns are known as rasgulla. VIP Rasgulla is known for some of the tastiest gulab jamun. These gulab jamuns have dried fruits and cardamom in the filling as well. Truly delicious!
Fourth Stop- Dehati Rasgulla Shop
Another famous rasgulla/gulab jamun shop. These gulab jamuns are slightly darker in colour since the khoya is cooked for a longer time is caramelized. These gulab jamuns are fried twice to get the deep dark colour that gives it a unique taste.
Fifth Stop- Sophiya Lawrence Betel Shop
The paan here is unlike any we have had. The stickiness that the normal meetha paan has because of the gulkand cannot be tasted in this paan. It is as smooth as butter.
Sixth Stop- Pandit Ji ki Chaat
When it comes to chaat we really let loose. We tried a number of different dishes here. The gol gappas served here are not your run of the mill ones. They serve you gol gappa/pulki with a variety of fillings- with chickpeas and tamarind chutney, super hot and spicy sakoda curry or with dahi and tamarind chutney. They also give the Allahabadi classic Sakoda in a kulhad. Sakoda is a fritter made with pulses and spinach and served in a curry that is super hot. The Hara Aloo or basically aloo chaat is quite unique, with flavors of coriander and green chillies. Then to cool oneself down, go for the dahi badas.
Seventh Stop- Nirala Mishtan Bhandar
Here we tried the aloo ki tikiya that is nicely fried in desi ghee. It is topped with tamarind chutney, yoghurt, aloo lachha. This dish is super crispy and super tasty. Here also get the Kaali Gajar ke Halwa and some of the best laddus we have tried in a long time.
Eighth Stop- Hari Ram & Sons
This shop has been since 1890 serving dried samosas to worldwide and a lot more. The samosa is stuffed with potatoes and fried in desi ghee. These samosas are supposed to have a shelf life of a month.
Ninth Stop- Raja Ram Lassi
Right across Hari Ram & Sons is this lassi shop. Their lassi comes in the good old kulhad. It is thick and creamy and is flavoured with some saffron, and topped off with a layer of cream and rabri.
Tenth Stop- Shri Radhey Ras Kunj Sweet House
Another unique discovery was Makhan ke Andey at this place. The butter is shaped like an egg and has a filling of khoya mixed with saffron which ends up looking like a yolk.
Eleventh Stop- Ahmad Kabab Centre
This place is a Kabab lover’s delight! We tried the roasted chicken, haryali chicken, roasted chicken wings, and nizami chicken tikka. Everything is beautifully marinated here that the spices have literally seeped into every part of the chicken pieces.
Twelfth Stop- Bukhara Mughlai Khana
Our final stop was all about home cooked food. This place is known for meals that are cooked at home and sold to people to spread the joy. Here we had some shammi kababs, boti kabab and mutton in khara masala along with some ulte tawe ka paratha and roomali roti. Each and every dish was not too spicy or oily and it tastes just like home.

Another daily vlog is here! The day started out pretty basic - woke up, worked, lunch. And somehow I was feeling way too sleepy all throughout. I visited this interesting place called Hitchki in Kala Ghoda and am still getting over the name. The food was great. You can scroll down further for the full review. Also, I had my chai super late in the evening. I hope you enjoyed watching. If you did then please give this video a THUMBS UP and also SUBSCRIBE.
Hitchki Review
Hitchki is yet another great place in the Kala Ghoda area. I recently tried out some stuff here and some of it was really really good.
Desi Mezze
The falafel made of Chole was awesome. And it has some neer dosa which was crispy as lavash. Everything is tasty here but the pomegranate dip that comes in this platter is exceptional.
Springs of change
Spring rolls with exotic veggies - sweet and sour Indian Chinese style. Loved them
Wok the Talk
Broccoli in a soya garlic flavor. Delicious
Full zhol che
These are cashew and almond tikkis.
Patrani chilli poppers
The flavor of paneer, mustard and slight spice is really good.
Lasagne Ratatouille
Paneer with some super tasty kadhai masala and cheesy garlic naan. Looooved this.
Kamal ka fool
This was sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaf and some warm lababdar gravy was poured on it. I didn't like this and probably that's because I hate sticky rice.
Drinks
Sweety Tweety
Loved this peach and mint flavor with some sprite. Really refreshing.
MINIONS
Heavy guava flavor with some watermelon. Absolutely loved this.
Lemon basil sherbet
I don't know what exactly this was but I hated it. Too thick to be just lemon and basil.
Dessert
Smooth criminal
This was so so sooooo good. Almond cake with loads of berry flavor. Mixing something plain like this cake with a zingy berry flavor works wonders for me. Loved it.
Tender coconut panacotta
Didn't like this too much.
I quite liked the place. It's a great place for a fun evening. Good food. Great ambience. Good jam. Check it out.

American Tries INDIAN SEAFOOD in MADH ISLAND + Visiting a HUGE Pagoda | Mumbai, India
During my second day in Mumbai I headed out with my friend Rupesh to eat Indian Seafood. We then headed to the largest free standing pagoda in the world! American Tries Indian Seafood in Madh Island!
TRAVEL HUSTLE REPEAT GEAR ►
MY FILM MAKING KIT ►
I met with Rupesh for breakfast at Chaayos we had some delicious Chai tea, cold and hot and we tried Mutton and Chicken Cutlets as well as Mom's Poha. It was a heavy breakfast!
From there we jump in a tuk tuk and headed to Versova Beach to see the amazing jump the city has done cleaning it up. Next up we headed to Madh Island.
On Madh island we visited a seafood market where local fisherman sell some of the freshest fish in Mumbai. We went to a local restaurant and we tried delicious Bombay Duck and Fried Prawns.
Lastly we headed to the Global Vipassana Pagoda. The center of the Global Vipassana Pagoda contains the world's largest stone dome built without any supporting pillars. The height of the dome is approximately 29 metres, while the height of the building is 96.12 meters, which is twice the size of the previously largest hollow stone monument in the world, the Gol Gumbaz Dome in Bijapur, India.
