Bon-Uta, A Song from Home Devastated by the East Japan Earthquake and nuclear crisis, the people of Futaba Town may never return to their homes. Nakae Yuji of Nabbie's Love directs this documentary about people from Futaba Town in Fukushima Prefecture. The residents find hope and inspiration when they learn that Fukushima Ondo, a 'bon-uta' (Bon Dance song) from their region, continues to be performed in Hawaii. Through their exchange with Maui Taiko, they head to Maui to see the dance being performed.
