Bunderra, Lake Macquarie, NSW - Land Development Site EOI
Situated in the heart of the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie growth corridor lies one of NSW’s most significant Englobo development opportunities; Bunderra at Boollaroo.
Set across approximately 87.36 hectares, this is a significant infill development site. With diverse zoning approval consisting of a mix of residential, commercial and industrial, this represents an outstanding opportunity to shape a community for generations to come.
Positioned between the thriving Cardiff and Glendale industrial and retail centres and directly benefiting from the planned Glendale Transport interchange, the site can be purchased in one line or as separate lots.
The site boasts an abundance of features including;
- elevated district and lake views,
- excellent public transport with rail and bus links
- easy access to the Pacific M1 motorway and the Hunter Expressway
- and newly completed major lead in roadworks
In addition to the immediate adjacent benefits the site also benefits from being part of the thriving greater Newcastle economy which is the second largest in the state of NSW. The Port of Newcastle is the highest volume coal exporter globally and major investment has been made in the region including a $780 million upgrade to the Newcastle Law Courts and $100 million City Campus for the University of Newcastle.
Selling under instruction from Administrators Ferrier Hodgson, Colliers International is proud to present this landmark opportunity by way of Expression of Interest and is now taking enquiry from interested parties.
Thursday Cruise through Rathmines, Lake Macquarie on the Ultraglide.
Down at the WWII hardstand this morning practicing slow turns and stops. Thought I'd get my little man to film a ride through our lakeside village of Rathmines, Lake Macquarie, New South Wales.
This bike is a 2006 Ultraglide made by Harley Davidson. It's a very easy bike to ride given it's size.
I think Hunter did a great job of filming. Thank for watching.

SUMMARY
=======
Bermuda () is a British Overseas Territory in the North Atlantic Ocean. It is approximately 1,070 km (665 mi) east-southeast of Cape Hatteras, North Carolina; 1,236 km (768 mi) south of Cape Sable Island, Nova Scotia; and 1,759 km (1,093 mi) north of Cuba. The capital city is Hamilton. Bermuda is self-governing, with its own constitution and its own government, which enacts local laws, while the United Kingdom retains responsibility for defence and foreign relations.
Bermuda's two largest economic sectors are offshore insurance and reinsurance, and tourism. Bermuda had one of the world's highest GDP per capita for most of the 20th century. The island has a subtropical climate and lies in the hurricane belt and thus is prone to related severe weather; however, it is somewhat protected by a coral reef that surrounds the island and its position at the north of the belt, which limits the direction and severity of approaching storms.
