It was the first challenge for Gustave to perform at the OPDES obedience competition, held at Akigase-park in Saitama, Japan. We enterd for the OB2, composed of 6 sections, and got the 2nd prize.

Racing Go Karts in Japan - Autotaku
Today's footage is from a local go kart track that I found today. Since, it was a Sunday I thought that there might be some people practicing, and I was correct in my assumption. All I can say is my fascination with racing go karts keeps growing. I can now say for a fact that I am getting one!! The only problem is you need something to carry these little buggahs in.

Skydiving in Saitama Japan
Another great bucket list I checked is skydiving. My first skydiving experience in Saitama, Japan. The experience is awesome! I still can feel the excitement when I sat on the edge of the plane, ready to jump. This is the best experience of my live!
To book, visit Tokyo Skydiving Club on their website and do some reservation at least 2 weeks in advance. They need some kind of insurance or permit from the government and it takes about one week.
On D-day, just take train from Tokyo to Saitama, and they will pick you up to Honda Airport at the meeting point. You will get some briefing before proceed to the real jump.

「Sakura Fantasy」by Susumu Otsuka, Bass pan flute(Madake 30tubes)
「さくらファンタジー」さくらさくらを元にした変奏曲です。他の楽器のための曲ではなく、パンフルートのためのオリジナル、この楽器の持ち味を十分に発揮し、なおかつ新しい奏法にもチャレンジする曲として作りました。桜の花びらが散るさまを表現するとともに、理にかなった合理的な新しい奏法（頭を動かさず背骨を軸とする回転運動を基本に、全身を使って吹く）の習得実践にも大変有益です。この１曲の中にパンフルート奏法のエッセンスが凝縮されてます。ご希望の方には楽譜をpdfでお分けします。
Although majority of pan flutists play with moving head , this way is neither correct nor rational. First, because of every movement is depend on the neck , there is a possibility to get damage on the neck. Second, this way can not respond to large and fast jump and repeats. With not moving head, it is rational to play as the rotational movement of the whole body around the spine. I learned this from many kinds of sports especially Aikido and Baseball. I actually showed this with playing this tune.
多くの奏者は首を振り頭を動かして演奏しますが、その奏法は首一点に負担がかかること、大きく素早い跳躍・反復に対応できないことなどにより合理的奏法（身体構造に即した自然な動き）ではありません。頭を動かさず、背骨を中心として全身の回転運動として演奏するのが合理的です。そのことをこの曲の演奏によって実際に示しました。
日本全国コンサート伺います。コンサートで使用しているものと同じ楽器を製作します。(尺八と同じ真竹製、大変優れた素材です。）レッスンは読売日本テレビ文化センター浦和および荻窪、または自宅(埼玉県新座市)で行っています。演奏のご依頼、楽器のことレッスンのことなどお気軽にご連絡ください。都内ではギタルラ社（目白）において楽器を試奏出来ます。是非のぞいてみてください。

Arakawa Cycling Road (May 2017)
A video trip up part of the Arakawa Cycling Road, from Kasai Seaside Park and extending northward along the Arakawa. Crosses over the Kiyosunao Bridge (note the shirt on the rider in front of me rippling in the 12mph crosswind) and traverses a series of barriers on the ramps leading from the bridge (a spot noted on Strava as Discretion Is The Better Part Of Valor going the other direction). From there, simply following the Arakawa. The video concludes at a set of barriers, but the Arakawa Cycling Road continues for about 30 more Km before turning into smaller rural cycling roads.
I attempt to narrate at various points. Pretty useless, now that I hear them played back.
First real big-boy video with a GoPro, first attempt at editing. My apologies in advance for amateurish incompetence.
