Akuna Bay Descent - Sydney
Akuna Bay is one of Sydney's most stunning rides though Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park just North of Terrey Hills. With very little traffic it makes for must do bucket list ride for any visitor. However, beware of a nasty little corner (at 0:25sec) that sneaks up on you. MANY people have gone down here, so take your time and enjoy the scenery.

The bay is fed by Coal and Candle Creek, with its land boundaries encased within the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. A large marina in located within the bay. The urban locality of Akuna Bay is located at the southern boundary of the bay.
Akuna is an Aboriginal word meaning to follow.

This road is quite bumpy and narrow, and on this day wet with quite a few cyclists. Not many chances to really open the throttle but non-the-less an engaging drive.
