Historic Jeddah, A UNESCO World Heritage Site
“ Historic Jeddah did not appear from nothingness, and it did not come as a development project. It is actually resides in the heart of our national cultural heritage, and our cultural formation. This area arose from serving the holiest places on earth, and became the gateway to Makkah and the two Holy Mosques. It is natural that Historic Jeddah has this special stature at this particular time.”
