Kauai Hawaii Island Video - What To Do In Kauai Hawaii U.S.A.
Kauai is Hawaii's oldest of the four major islands It is also one of the most lush. It's no wonder they call The Garden Island.

Visitors to Kauai flock to the Waimea Canyon State Park to see one of Hawaii's greatest scenic treasures--Waimea Canyon. Mark Twain on his visit to Kauai called Waimea Canyon the Grand Canyon of the Pacific due to its sheer cliff and canyon walls 3,000 feet high. Mount Wai'ale'ale receives a massive amount of rainfall making it one of the wettest places on earth.
One of the most interesting way to see the coastal Waimea canyon walls is by helicopter and if you are even more adventurous take a sport helicopter and fly the coast route with the door off. This gives you uninterrupted views perfect for photography and a thrilling ride. If you happen to do this I hope you post a video of it. I would love to see it.
My visit to Kauai was via cruise ship. Carnival Cruise Line's Spirit departing Vancouver British Columbia and stopping in Maui, The Big Island, Kauai and finally Oahu.

Blue Hawaiian Helicopters - Aerial Introduction to Kauai, Hawaii
Blue Hawaiian Helicopters
Sculpted by nature for six million years, Kauai is famed as the world's most beautiful island. Yet if you don't see it by air, you'll be missing most of its jaw-dropping spectacle, and no one shows you the wonders of Kauai like Blue Hawaiian Helicopters. In this video, you'll see highlights such as the Na Pali Coast, Waialeale Crater, Mahinakehau Ridge, Kahana Canyon, Olokele Canyon, Waipoo Falls, Waimea Canyon, and Honopu Arch.
THE BLUE HAWAIIAN DIFFERENCE There's simply no argument: Blue Hawaiian is Hawaii's #1 helicopter tour company. Blue Hawaiian's aircraft maintenance technicians have received the FAA's coveted Certificate of Excellence, Diamond Award every year since 1998. No other helicopter tour company in Hawaii has ever received this critical recognition. Blue Hawaiian was honored by the FAA for its record 12th straight year in January, 2009, at a ceremony in Honolulu, and the FAA further honored Blue Hawaiian with the very first Certificate of Excellence, Platinum Award. And Blue Hawaiian is the only helicopter tour company in Hawaii certified by the Department of Defense.
Welcome to the Blue Skies of Hawaii. Blue is the only helicopter tour company serving all four major Hawaiian islands: Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island. That means wherever you go in the Islands of Aloha, you know exactly how to get the world's finest aerial tours: just remember the color of the sky.
We don't just operate the best equipment, we help develop it. From the ultra-quiet, spacious, and powerful 21st-century Eco-Star helicopter to the breakthrough Garmin G500H technology, which gives our pilots astonishing three-dimensional synthetic vision terrain awareness in less than optimal weather; from our pioneering of multi-camera in-flight video, to designing vastly improved cockpit air-conditioning—Blue Hawaiian is always at the forefront of leading-edge innovations for your safety, comfort, and enjoyment. Because when it comes to our guests, good enough is never enough.
The finest pilots in the sky. Blue Hawaiian prides itself on hand-picking only the finest and most experienced pilots—the absolute cream of the profession—and every one of them is a State of Hawaii Certified Tour Guide. Blue Hawaiian is also the only helicopter tour company in Hawaii with its own state-of-the-art Flight Simulator, and the only one that puts its pilots through annual factory and FAA recurrent training.

Napali Coast Nawiliwili Kauai Hawaii boat tour - Inside Queen's Bath 2013
Here's an example of what you may see if taking a boat ride along the Napali Coast, Nawiliwili Kauai Hawaii. Best when waters are calm for smooth ride. This was in a 50' boat, larger ones may not make it into the Queen's bath sea cave. Possible sightings of dolphins, sea turtles, fish, (sharks). Many films were shot along this coast such as Jurassic Park, Pirates of the Caribbean 4, Perfect Getaway, King Kong, and others.
Look for King Kong in the rock formation along the coast if you visit.
All shot with GoPro camera.

This tour will help familiarize yourself with the sights around the island of Kauai, Hawaii. The trip starts in Kekaha on the west side of the island and finishes right before Haena State Park on the North Shore (the camera ran out of battery). There is of course no footage of the Na Pali coast in this video as there are no roads on that side of the island. For the best views of the Napali Coast we recommend coming on a boat tour with us. Kauai Marriott Helpful Hints & Pop Up Music Tour
Helpful Hints Video in a Pop Up Video. There are not many current videos about the Kauai Marriott Resort at Kalapaki Beach. This is a quick hotel tour and helpful hints pop up video to help you during your stay. This pop up video is simply our take on this great hotel.
When we got there, there were a few things we didn't know that can help your stay at the Kauai Marriott Resort be a great one. We stayed in a hotel room as opposed to a villa. Hotel rooms are still equipped with mini fridge and coffee machine. There is no microwave. Views from most rooms are breath taking.
It was a great, huge property with all the amenities of a resort. Our family enjoyed our stay here at the Marriott. It was close to a lot of things including great affordable food in walking distance. Kalapaki Beach was very family friendly and great for kids.
We hope this pop up video helps you and your family navigate your great vacation here at the Kauai Marriott.
Please take a look at this video if you are considering staying here or if you already booked your trip for the resort.

Absolutely worth every penny. Emery was a great pilot and tour guide. Can't wait for our next visit to do another part of the islands
I am continually impressed with the professionalism of Blue Hawaiian. Your operations set the standard for helicopter tours for safety and precision. Well done.
Erik and the staff were fantastic and the tour was AMAZING!!! Extraordinary way to see the island. I highly recommend it. I wanted to go right back up.

You'll be a star, or at least fly like one. When you choose Blue, you're choosing Hollywood's first-call helicopter tour company for blockbuster aerial photography. In addition to the upcoming mega-releases Battleship and Pirates of the Caribbean IV, our pilots have flown aerial photography for Jurassic Park, Jurassic Park: The Lost World, Tropic Thunder, Pirates of the Caribbean III, Crimson Tide, George of the Jungle, Honeymoon in Vegas, and numerous other major motion pictures, not to mention television shoots for MTV, The Food Channel, National Geographic, the Weather Channel, Wheel of Fortune and more. If these top professionals trust Blue Hawaiian with their multi-million dollar productions, perhaps Hollywood knows something you should know?
Living Aloha, every day. All of us in Hawaii have a responsibility to uphold the islands' proud tradition of hospitality. Years ago, the late cultural pioneer George Kanahele (author of Ku Kanaka: Stand Tall) showed us the incredible potential of using our helicopters as flying classrooms. We took that mission very seriously and since then have invested in Hawaiiana education for all of our employees. Our pilots offer our guests insightful and accurate information about Hawaiian culture, flora and fauna, history, geology and place names. Our guests are able to ask their pilot questions through our proprietary two-way in-flight communication system, which enhances their involvement, and when they share their knowledge with their friends and family upon returning home, the outreach extends. It's an honor to do our part to help preserve Hawaii's precious native culture.
You don't have to take our word for it. Only Blue gives you the confidence of consistent and repeated endorsements and awards from the most important international, national, and local organizations in the travel industry: National Geographic Magazine, Frommer's Hawaii, The Travel Channel; the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences, the Tour Operators Program of Safety, Helicopters Association International, and more. Blue Hawaiian is also the local Hawaii favorite, regularly voted the #1 Air Tour by the local readers of Hawaii Tribune-Herald, West Hawaii Today, North Hawaii News, Kauai People and MidWeek Kauai, and The Maui News.
Discovering more of Kauai's secrets with Danny Hashimoto, Hawaii
Danny Hashimoto - a son of Hawai'i (born and raised...of native Hawaiian blood, Japanese and Chinese extraction). Danny is extremely grateful to have grown up on Kaua'i (and still growing) and appreciating the natural beauty and lushness of his Garden Island, Danny loves being outdoors...which includes the ocean, particularly snorkeling and swimming with dolphins, turtles and other amazing, beautiful creatures such as spotted eagle rays, etc., when the opportunity arises.
Danny's appreciation for his native land of Hawai'i and his culture became more pronounced after having lived abroad in several countries as well as Colorado which was enjoyable due to the wonderful snow skiing (a very avid ski boarder...and helped pioneer this great new sport on the ski slopes.)
Spending most of his time on Kaua'i, Danny is involved in a myriad of activities...from leading hiking tours (both easy and challenging - such as climbing waterfalls), to kayaking (ocean and river), even wild dolphin swims. Danny enjoys sharing his native land with both newcomers and locals... sharing his knowledge of history, culture, native plants, birds, and even the sacredness of certain sites/areas which he has been doing actively for the last four years.
Other activities include making delicious chocolate treats using raw cacao and healthy ingredients such as pure coconut milk and quality sweeteners with a low glycemic index, etc. Danny has been perfecting his art of making chocolate mousse and fudge over the past four years and has won a number of cooking contests in the dessert-making category.
