The Amabere Ga Nyina Mwiru Caves and the three surrounding Explosion Crater Lakes make it a most interesting day adventure and can be done while staying in Fort Portal or Kibale Forest. A side-trip to the Amabere Caves and the three nearby Crater Lakes will be a time of hiking, learning about the local culture and legends, plus a hike around three crater lakes

Bachwezi supernatural base shifted from Masaka (central Uganda) to Ankole (western Uganda).
Mulema Bashir who claims to have supernatural power of Bachwezi,uses milk to bless his followers,as a ritual,in Musambya cell Kyabahura Parish Buremba sub county Kazo district western Uganda.
While hosting delegates from Abahinda Community Development Association led by Mzee Igumira Kitobobo on Saturday,he revealed to them that he is the ‘Muchwezi’ who will help them win their struggle of restoring Ankole Kingdom.
He has planted a tree in Buremba transplanted from Mulema Masaka district central Uganda,after falling of an 800-year-old 'supernatural' tree.
Mulema now has similar camps in Butamba Kamwenge district, Sanga Kiruhura district,Buremba Kazo district, and the main supernatural source Mulema in Masaka district.

Funny how in the traditional world people call these caves breasts of a woman which release milk which the water we see dripping from these caves
