【ふるさと郡上TV】道の駅白鳥・白山長滝

世界遺産の白川郷や飛騨高山へのルート上にある「道の駅」白鳥。お土産物やレストランなどのほかに、テニスコートやパターゴルフ、芝生広場があり一日中楽しめます。隣接する白山文化博物館では白山信仰の歴史と文化を紹介しており、長滝白山神社（ながたきはくさんじんじゃ）の貴重な宝物が公開されています。近くには特別天然記念物の「いとしろ大杉」や日本の滝100選にも選ばれた「阿弥陀ヶ滝（あみだがたき）」。スポーツに、歴史に、白鳥の自然に、満喫できるスポットです。

Michi-no-eki Hakusan-Nagataki is a service area for drivers, and located next to the 白山文化博物館(Hakusan Bunka Hakubutsukan, museum). It is about 11 minutes by car from the Shirotori IC on the Tokai-Hokuriku Jidousha-do.
There are a store, a restaurant, and rest rooms in the building. And they also have a tennis court and a mini golf course in the site.
The most wonderful sights from there are いとしろ大杉(Itoshiro Oosugi, a great Japanese cedar) and the阿弥陀ヶ滝(Amida-ga-taki falls)

【ふるさと郡上TV】白鳥町・阿弥陀ケ滝

室町時代天文年間に、白山中宮長瀧寺（はくさんちゅうぐうちょうりゅうじ）の僧が、護摩修行中に阿弥陀如来が現れたことからその名がついたといわれている阿弥陀ヶ滝。昭和61年には「岐阜県の名水50選」、平成2年には「日本の滝百選」に選ばれている名瀑です。葛飾北斎は浮世絵「諸国瀧廻り」でこの滝を描きました。約６０メートルの落差があり、滝壺近くから迫力ある滝の姿を見ることが出来ます。緑と清らかな水の流れは、来た人の心をスッキリとさせてくれます。名物の流しそうめんも人気です。

阿弥陀ヶ滝, Amida-ga-Taki waterfall is one of the 100 famous waterfalls in Japan. It is a 60 meter waterfall and looks gorgeous against the background of the verdant tees.
The scenery is especially beautiful in spring when all is freshly green and in autumn when the leaves change colors. You'll hike the trail in the surrounding area and enjoy a picnic lunch.
It takes 18 minutes by car from Shirotori IC of Tokai Hokuriku Jidousha-do, Highway.
