This is the first part of a video program covered by DD Hyderabad, in Telugu. We are a Non Profit Buddhist Trust where the core values of Buddhism, are practiced and propagated. The Vihara was consecrated in 2003 by His Holiness Shri Dalai Lama and beloved Ex-CM Shri N.Chandrababu Naidu & other dignitaries and holy monks from all parts of the world (Theravada & Mahayana) and the very same day, we planted the Holy Bodhi sample who is from the Holy Shri Mahabodhi, from Anuradhapura at Sri Lanka, at Mahindra Hills in Secunderabad. This is the only Holy Bodhi tree in all of South India. We have many activities to help the poor & the needy. We have free medical camp, medicines, educational classes for children, aid to the aged, meditation classes and side-by-side, we distribute free Dhamma books in English, Hindi & Telugu, which come from The Buddha's Corporate body in Taiwan.
