Kakadu National Park Australia, Nadab Lookout at Ubirr, amazing views across the floodplains.
I walk the track up to Nadab Lookout at Ubirr. The views from the Nadab Lookout are just amazing, looking out across the floodplains. Ubirr is approximately 40km from Jabiru along a good road. Ubirr is in the East Alligator region of Kakadu National Park, and is well know for its Aboriginal rock paintings or rock art site.

Kakadu National Park Part Two
This is our second weekend in Kakadu as we work full time in Darwin. This time we went to Burrungkuy gallery, Anbangbang Billabong and Maguk Falls, where we stayed the night. The gallery and walk are absolutely amazing and Maguk Falls are an incredible sight. The campground at Maguk Falls is flat and picturesque with a drop toilet and lots of sites. Maguk Falls is a rough road in and a car with a little extra clearance is a good idea. The walk to the falls is a very well spent 30-40 minutes.

Entry from: Kakadu National Park, Australia
Entry Title: Im Kakadu National Park
Entry:
