All Saints Estate's Nick Brown pressing off the exceptional 2011 'Family Cellar' Durif. The press was received at the winery in 1890 and they are still using it today to hand make all of the red wines produced by All Saints Estate & St Leonards Vineyard in Wahgunyah, Australia.
A Long Weekend in Rutherglen - Part 3
Monday 23rd September
The last day of our trip to Rutherglen. We went to Jones winery, where we did actually buy a dozen reds, and Anderson's as well before walking back to town to have another lunch at Poachers paradise.
Rutherglen Estates Cellar Door was just around the corner from our motel so we dropped in there as well. Then coach to Wangaratta and train back to Melbourne, after a very pleasant few days in this delightful town.
