Directly across the road two large beach bars are located with access to a pebble beach which is very popular with surfers. For those who prefer the sandy beach of El Arenal, this can achieve in two minutes by car or 20 minutes by foot. Many restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and also the port of Javea are located nearby and are within one or two minutes by car or a by a nice walk in about 20 minutes to reach. The house has been recently renovated and offers now a modern kitchen, new bathrooms, air conditioning (extra charge), satellite TV, as well as mosquito nets on all bedroom windows. This one bedroom apartment is well located for amenities and only a stone’s throw away from the beach. The property has a fully fitted kitchen and white goods with a service arch to the lounge. Mojacar has two very different parts to its identity. Mojacar Pueblo is a traditional hilltop village with its steep and narrow streets of cube-shaped, whitewashed houses it is truly beautiful with stunning views which take your breath away. A profusion of flowers completes this picture postcard scene. Mojacar Pueblo is best enjoyed in the evening once the many day trippers have departed, and is a very attractive village which sits on the mountains overlooking Mojacar Beach. Which in complete contrast has a modern coastal strip of beach bars and palm trees, This has become an attractive tourist location to both Spanish and British holiday makers. One of the most notable events of the year is the moors & Christians festival.
