What To Do on Rainy Days in Taipei Taiwan 台北下雨天上哪去？

My friends from Seoul Korean happened to visit #Taiwan over the weekend that #Taipei had the biggest rainfall in 47 years. It was difficult to keep ourselves dry but we were determined to make the most out of these 3 days. Since most of the tourist attractions in Taipei are outdoor, we had to find alternatives. I googled indoor attractions in Taipei and decided that my friends wouldn't be interested in strolling at a museum. Watch the video and find out where I took my friends and what we did when it rained like a pouring bucket.
