Gorgeous Antibes is such a beautiful and diverse little town. Bustling markets, delightful harbour, and prettily-paved streets are clear drawcards to our tourists, like *ourselves*. But there are still quiet places…
Enjoy views to the snow-capped mountains as late as June, if you’re lucky, whilst enjoying perfect Mediterranean weather.
My advice? As always, go early. Or late. Across the peninsula there’s rockin’ Juan les Pins, a completely different scene. Beachy. Cool.

Family Weekend on the French Riviera | VLOG 01 | Nice, Monaco, Antibes, Villefranche, Eze
I visited the South of France with my family for a few days over Easter Weekend and filmed a travel vlog for you people! We stayed in an Airbnb in Villefranche-Sur-Mer on the French Riviera and made short trips to Nice, Monaco, Eze and St Paul De Vance during our stay. I wanted to show what holidays can be like from a true family perspective; that includes the laughs, the arguments, the ignoring each other while using technology, and even the almost falling to our deaths on a private road in the hills. I’m on my gap year at the moment and will be moving to Boston to begin University in August, so I’m cherishing these moments (the good, the bad and the ugly) as much as I possibly can.

Antibes is a resort town between Cannes and Nice on the French Riviera (Côte d’Azur). Antibes is known for its old town enclosed by 16th-century ramparts with the star-shaped Fort Carré. This overlooks luxury yachts moored at the Port Vauban marina. The forested Cap d’Antibes peninsula, dotted with grand villas, separates Antibes from Juan-les-Pins, a chic resort with buzzing nightlife and the Jazz à Juan music festival.
Antibes is a Mediterranean resort in the Alpes-Maritimes department of southeastern France, on the Côte d'Azur between Cannes and Nice. The town of Juan-les-Pins is in the commune of Antibes and the Sophia Antipolis technology park is northwest of it.
The Gare d'Antibes is the railway station serving the town, offering connections to Nice, Cannes, Marseille, Paris and several other destinations. The railway station is in the centre of town. The nearest airport is Nice Côte d'Azur Airport.
