Museum of retro cars Horsepower
With the support of the automobile club Retro-Union in 2008, the Zelenogorsk Museum of retro cars was opened, the exposition of which is unique. Various models of the Russian and foreign automotive industry are presented here. Conventionally, the exhibition can be divided into 3 areas: American cars 50-70 years of the 20th century, exclusive and exotic, and cars belonging to famous people. So here you can see the car of Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe, Seagull Khrushchev, ZIL Brezhnev and even the car of James bond. Every year the exhibition is growing, there are new exhibits.

Train Driver's View: St.Petersburg - Ladoga ( Cab ride , Führerstandsfahrt )
#CabRide #Führerstandsfahr
100% natural stereo sound from Hi Res source.
As always, we depart from the Finland Station of the City of St. Petersburg and head to the East. The line along which we will drive connects St. Petersburg with a large satellite town Vsevolozhsk, further goes to the shore of Lake Ladoga.
Not far from the final station is the museum of the siege of Leningrad. It was in this place during the Second World War, the road began on the ice of the lake, along which food was brought to the blockaded and dying of hunger city and children were evacuated. One of these children was my mother. She was 4 years old at that time.
In this connection, the locomotive of those years is located at the station. You can see it at the end of the video.
You can enjoy the suburbs in early spring from the driver’s cab all the way.

CN 1382 cab ride at ExpoRail
We are now in the cab of CN SW1200RS 1382, as we take a cab ride along the trackage that runs outside of ExpoRail and to the end of usable track. We start at the Hays Station, ride up to Barrington Station, raise the semaphore signal, proceed to IPR Junction, then shove in to the platform on the other side of the diamond which carries the streetcar across our tracks. Then we pick up passengers and make the trip down to Des Bouleaux Station at the end of the track. The last scene is of the next trip down to Des Bouleaux from Barrington Station. Enjoy the view from the cab. If you have any questions about the video, feel free to message me. Comments are welcome. The videos were taken on October 20th, 2019.

Listening is a more natural way of learning, when compared to reading. Written language only began at around 3200 BC, but spoken language has existed long ago.
Learning by listening is a great way to:
- increases imagination and understanding
- improves your listening skills

SUMMARY
=======
Georgi Valentinovich Plekhanov (; Russian: Гео́ргий Валенти́нович Плеха́нов, IPA: [ɡʲɪˈorɡʲɪj vəlʲɪnˈtʲinəvʲɪtɕ plʲɪˈxanəf] (listen); 29 November 1856 – 30 May 1918) was a Russian revolutionary and a Marxist theoretician. He was a founder of the social-democratic movement in Russia and was one of the first Russians to identify himself as Marxist. Facing political persecution, Plekhanov emigrated to Switzerland in 1880, where he continued in his political activity attempting to overthrow the Tsarist regime in Russia.
Although he supported the Bolshevik faction at the 2nd Congress of the Russian Social Democratic Labour Party in 1903, Plekhanov soon rejected the idea of democratic centralism, and became one of Lenin and Trotsky's principal antagonists in the 1905 St. Petersburg Soviet.
During World War I Plekhanov rallied to the cause of the Entente powers against Germany and he returned home to Russia following the 1917 February Revolution. Plekhanov was an opponent of the Soviet state which came to power in the autumn of 1917. He died the following year. Despite his vigorous and outspoken opposition to Lenin's political party in 1917, Plekhanov was held in high esteem by the Communist Party of the Soviet Union following his death as a founding father of Russian Marxism and a philosophical thinker.
