We decided on a Phuket Family Holiday for our lastest getaway in Thailand.
Our mission is to show you that there is more to Phuket than the typical tourist beaches of Patong and Kamala etc and we were pleasantly surprised to find 3 quiet, family-friendly beaches we would be happy to recommend. Here are our top 3 best beaches for a family holiday in Phuket:
1. Ao Sane Beach.
Situated on the southwestern-most tip of the island, Ao Sane has a real Thai island feel that's hard to find anywhere else on Phuket.
2. Yanui Beach.
Another quiet, family-friendly option is Yanui which is the next beach along from Nai Harn.
3. Nai Harn Beach (Rawai)
The busiest of the 3 beaches we've listed but nowhere near as busy as Patong beach. This has more of an expat feel with people jogging and walking dogs at sunset.
We stayed in Nai Harn at the Sunsuri Resort and in our opinion, it is probably the best family resort in Phuket, or at least in this area of Phuket.

Der Nai Harn Beach und die ganz kleine Ao Sane Beach liegen im Süden von Phuket. Sie liegen eher abgelegen und galten lange als Geheimtip. In den letzten Jahren haben auch hier die Touristen zugenommen. Der Strand ist ca. 700 Meter lang. Der Tempel Wat Nai Harn liegt gleich um die Ecke, als ganz in der Nähe.

Phuket Snorkeling: Ao Sane snorkeling beach (Thailand Vlog)
Phuket snorkeling is not the best compared to surrounding islands but still, there are some great snorkeling beaches in Phuket such as Ao Sane snorkeling beach.
I love snorkeling and underwater life due to that any island I visit I try to find out about the best snorkeling beach. When it comes to Phuket snorkeling, I believe one of the best snorkeling beach is Ao Sane beach.
There are lots of interesting corals and fish life in Ao Sane snorkeling beach and it is really easy to reach as well. Ao Sane Beach is located in the north of Nai Harn Beach.
The only way to get to this beach is through the hotel's car park. Drive straight through their car park on to the small road at the other side. Continue on for one kilometer. There are some car parking spaces above the beach and you can drive motorbikes down the track to the beach too.
Ao Sane snorkeling beach is a small beach with a restaurant and diving school. There are many rocks and coral close to the shoreline, but the beach is sandy with light shingle. You can snorkel directly from the beach of Ao Sane.

My name is Djahit Onbashi but everybody knows me as Jay Jay. I am a travel vlogger. Nor I or my girlfriend are wealthy, we simply work for few months save money and budget travel until we run out of money and repeat it again.
I grow up in a community that pressured me to have a regular job and live a safe life although there is nothing wrong with that it was not for me. I could not find happiness in a routine lifestyle. At first, I tried to be businessman believing money and success would fulfill my life but soon I lost the control of my work-life balance and decide to change my life plan and start travelling the world.
I did not know what was the right path for me so I decided to go to Australia with work and travel visa. That was one of the best decision I have made. I have been on many holidays and trips before but this was my first travel experience. I learned surfing, get into traveller community and had a road trip from Perth to Sydney.
Although travelling let me see lots of amazing things and experience incredible moment it was not them that make me fall in love with full time travelling. It was seeing regular things but still feeling joy, facing problems and turning them to good memories to look back to.
After travelling full time for a year and falling in love with traveling. I decided to make travel films to share information about travel destinations and holiday attractions so the next person has an easier path. I also wanted to share my travel journey with my travel vlogs to prove that you don’t have to be rich to be a travel around the world. You can simply budget travel.
So far I have travel guide, travel film, travel vibe & travel vlog videos about Thailand, Laos, Malaysia, Turkey, Lebanon, United Arab Emirates, and new travel vlogs & travel guide videos are coming every week.

Nai Harn Town ( Not the Beach ) The Real Nai Harn Phuket Thailand
Join me as we take a look at Nai Harn and I'm not talking Nai Beach I'm Talking The Real Nai Town which is often overlooked.
It offers a great choice and range of accommodation loads of restaurants, shops, bars, mini-marts, massage shops and souvenir to name just a few.
Nai Harn is a great base to go off and explore the rest of Phuket plus it a lot more realistically priced compared to other parts of the Island.
Or of course, you can just simply enjoy the Stunning beach it offers and relaxed atmosphere.

Ao Sane beach guide and review video will share with you everything you need to know about Ao Sane beach, Phuket.
The only way to get to Ao Sane beach, Phuket is through the hotels' car park. Drive straight through their car park on to the small road at the other side. Continue on for one kilometer and you will find the Ao Sane beach.
Ao Sane beach is a beautiful little beach along Phuket’s South West coast, and one of the best snorkeling beaches in Phuket, Thailand.
There are many rocks and coral close to the shoreline in Ao Sane beach which makes it an excellent snorkeling beach in Phuket.
Ao Sane beach located just north of the main Nai Harn Beach, it has amazing underwater life. Ao Sane is a nice little Phuket beach, not crowded and unless you know about it, you probably will miss it.
