Shin-Yokohama Raumen Museum was founded on March 6th, 1994 as the world's first food-themed amusement park. From the start, our concept has been to be the one-stop place to enjoy the flavors of this national dish from renowned shops across Japan without stepping on a plane. To commemorate our 20th anniversary, we've expanded on the Japan-wide concept to being one that covers areas worldwide, delivering even more of the attraction and fascination of ramen to one and all. Our nine ramen shops are showcased in a street-scape replication from the year 1958, Japan. It was in this year that the world's first instant ramen was invented.

There are many Mitsubishi elevators here, and also National OTIS elevators, installed in 1996-97. The Queen's Square shopping center in Minatomirai, Yokohama (next to the Landmark Plaza and Landmark Tower), was opened in August 1997, as well as the Queen's East Department store (October 1997) and the three skyscrapers Queen's Tower A, B and C. Also, the five-star Yokohama Bay Excel Hotel Tokyu was opened in the same year. The complex is connected to the impressive Pasifico Yokohama and the Grand Intercontinental Hotel, built in 1991.

3x Amazing 1990 Toshiba Traction Elevators/Lifts@Isezakicho Washington Hotel***, Yokohama, Japan
Filmed in December 2015. This is a very nice three-star hotel in Yokohama, Japan completed in October 1990, with 18 floors and 399 rooms (near JR Kannai railway station and next to Yokohama Municipal Subway Blue Line chōjamachi Station, also just one station away from Sakuragicho (Minato Mirai 21 district with Landmark Tower, Queen's square and other prominent building). This was the hotel that we originally planned to book due to a great value (2 rooms for 13 nights), but somebody booked the two last rooms before we could get to it, so we stayed in Kawasaki instead at the Kawasaki Central Hotel.
Luckily, no key card was needed here and the reception is on the 2nd floor, so it was easy to go and film these original 1980s-style Toshiba elevators built in 1990. They are amazing, with nice interior, elevator halls, hall lanterns, and touch buttons, also old-style acoustic chimes. Two of the elevators go down to the entrance level on floor 1, but they always stop on the reception level (2) when going past it. There is also an 18th floor (probably a restaurant or conference rooms) but it was locked-off unfortunately.

支那そばや 青葉台に初めて来ました。以前から気になっていたのですが、どんな味なのか楽しみ。
正直な感想ですが、わたし的にはどこにでもありそうな中華そばだなと思いました。何度か食べているうちに味がわかってくるのかもしれません。

This is the honest impressions, but I thought that's Chinese noodles likely are everywhere to me basis. You may come know the taste while you are eating several times.
