ONE MONTH | NEW ZEALAND NORTH TO SOUTH ISLAND ROADTRIP!
So this is exactly why I haven't uploaded a weekly vlog in a month. We decided to pack our bags and travel to New Zealand for a month and travel North to South Island in a Campervan with our baby girl. Flights: We travelled with AirNZ using their Skycouch which was so kindly gifted. I promised myself that having Jax didn’t mean i would stop doing the things i love & travelling is one of them. NZ has had a huge piece of my heart ever since we travelled here 5 years ago and we knew we wanted to come back with Jax so decided that this month will be my maternity leave (as i never had any) and can’t wait to share this trip with you! We flew @airnz after i fell in love with the airline when i flew to LA pregnant last year! They very kindly gifted us their Skycouch which is a row of economy seats that can be turned into a couch after takeoff, meaning that you can stretch out/sleep or simply let your little one crawl around and play without worrying they’ll fall off the seat. There’s bedding, pillows and when you upgrade to skycouch the whole row is yours, so no spooning with a stranger!

A ski trip to New Zealand by Todd Miller. The new Zealand club fields are small ski touring resorts with great back country. Traveling to the New Zealand club fields is an adventure in its self. The New Zealand club ski fields would challenge the ordinary skier. We did a ski tour from broken river to craigieburn. We finished our trip at Mt. Olympus New Zealand.

Ate at Kohan Japanese Restaurant for lunch. Great food.
Did major souvenir shopping at Aotea gifts next to the restaurant.
Checked in at The Hermitage Aoraki Mount Cook.
Ate dinner at Old Mountaineers' Cafe, Bar and Restaurant. HIGHLY recommended!!
Went for the Big Sky Stargazing back at the hotel. Can't recommend on this cause ours got cancelled due to bad weather. :(

A personal video of my 3 weeks, solo in the South Island of New Zealand (26/7/17)
The soundtrack I used is from an artist who's song came up on a random playlist that I found for driving in New Zealand. I was eager to listen to new music while I was there, to help with the fact that I didn't want to feel like I was close to home. I felt it really set the emotion of what I tried to portray in this video. After coming back home, I spent a long time, trying to find an appropriate song, trying to solidify the exact feeling of how I felt, the first time of seeing all of this. This song did all of that for me. An artist who creates some of the most beautiful imagery with their production, chord choices and vocals.

I would say 98% of these shots were done handheld. I regretted not bringing my stabilizer and only bringing the tripod, but as always, I rarely found the time to actually set it up and shoot on the tripod.

Aktiviti bebas. Antara tempat yang haus dilawati adalah Penguin Place di Peninsular Otago dimana anda dapat melihat hidupan liar seperti Penguin, Singa Laut, Anjing Laut, dan burung Albatross di kawasan ini dan lawati satu-satunya Istana di negara ini. Anda juga boleh menaiki keretapi dengan melalui kawasan gunung-ganang dan tasik yang cantik. Disamping itu juga boleh melawat kilang Cadbury dan membeli cenderahati di bandar ini. Pada sebelah petang bergerak ke Timaru dan jika berkesempatan boleh berpiknik di persisiran pantai sepanjang perjalanan. Bermalam di Holiday Park Timaru.
