Aotea Lagoon is an artificial lagoon surrounded by a 7-hectare public park in the Papakowhai suburb of Porirua, North Island, New Zealand. Aotea and two nearby lagoons were created when major arterial transport links were realigned from the natural coastline to land reclaimed from Porirua Harbour.

Palmerston North Esplanade Scenic Railway - 2019 (HD)

While in Palmerston North we take a ride on the Esplanade Scenic Railway located in the Victoria Esplanade Gardens.
The locomotive power was DXC 1975 as well as Da 1969 hauling the other train.
We capture interior and exterior shots of the trains making their way through the gardens on a sunny Summers day.

Eagle Ray in Frank Kitts Lagoon, Wellington, 20th Oct’17

We were walking around on a beautiful day in Wellington, and spotted some marine wildlife in the harbour.

I initially thought this was a Stingray, but it is a New Zealand Eagle Ray. They're quite common in this lagoon. This video replaces the earlier one with wrong subtitles.
