The much awaited return of Appu Ghar, India's first amusement park, was announced in Noida, today. Mr. Gian Vijeshwar, Chairman IAL, popularly regarded as the 'Father of Indian Amusement Industry' made the announcement in presence of Mr. Robin Vijeshwar, Managing Director, IAL and Ms. Benu Sehgal, Director, IAL. The Bhoomi Poojan will happen on 2nd October 2011 at the site located in Sector 29, Gurgaon to mark the beginning of the project. Appu Ghar Gurgaon will be functional in 2 years.
