The Tolip Resorts is situated in the Sinai region of the border between Egypt and Israel in a town called Taba.
In the East it is bordered by the Red Sea as well as the hills of Jordan.
Thanks to ISIS, this 2000 bedroom facility was completely empty except for the 37 members of our tour group. Western tourists are reluctant to visit the Sinai area ever since ISIS shot down the Russian plane over Northern Sinai.
