Aquarium Pula
Welcome to Aquarium Pula, where the richness of the Adriatic Sea is combined in a unique way with centuries long military history of Pula. The aquarium is settled in the 130 year old fortress Verudela, part of the once mighty Austro-Hungarian defence compound Fortress Pula. Today, the fortress is inhabited by 100 species of north and south Adriatic fish, 50 species from tropical seas and fresh waters, as well as fish from Croatian rivers and lakes.
Meet our sea turtles recovering in our Centre, along with our albino Gourami, Horseshoe crab (a living fossil), coral reef sharks, big rays and groupers, scary muraenas, timid mullets and all the other animals that have found their home in rooms, hallways and tunnels once used by soldiers.

My first travel vlog!! My boyfriend(Jon) and I went to Pula in Croatia for 4 days for and I decided to take you guys along with me. Pula has got to be the friendliest place I've ever been. Its a super laid back city with good food and beautiful beaches. I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering going. Enjoy the video!!

Visita all'acquario di Pola ad Agosto 2018. Bellissima location, l'acquario si trova in un antico forte, bellissimo da vedere il video su come hanno montato la cupola in cima. L'acquario è di modeste dimensioni ma molto importante dal punto di vista didattico. Ideale per i bambini che restano a bocca aperta davanti ad ogni vasca. Estremamente consigliato per passare una giornata di brutto tempo che come si sa... capita anche d'estate.
