Our guesthouse was so kind to organize a free trip to this famous Snorkeling Beach Aragusuku on Miyako Island and I had again the chance to test my HUAWEI P20PRO smartphone in a Baseus waterproof case and film the cute fishes. All photos are taken by Miki because it is impossible to take photos under water with the Huawei because once the phone is submerged, it will not react to any touch commands. So you can only film video and start filming before you dip it in the water! Also what makes things extremely difficult is the moment you dip it in the ocean, the waves will touch the surface of the screen and your commands will go crazy, it will join in 10x times, it will change the phone mode, it will try to take screenshots, it will not film sharply, it will not adjust to a correct white balance.. it was horribly hard to get the footage that I got so far! Come here with a dedicated Underwater Camera or maybe the newest Huawei P30PRO supposedly waterproof! There was one sea turtle at this beach and Miki who can dive deep was able to take great photos on her Olympus waterproof camera! And then since the beach is on Miyako Island, we also went to a stunning viewpoint at the white lighthouse!! loved the huge rocks in the ocean covered in grass! Usually such rocks are bare!

Miyakojima is officially one of my favourite places in Japan! The beaches there were so amazing and editing this video made me miss it so much. I am definitely looking forward to going to Okinawa again!

Not many fancy places to eat on Kurima Island Kurimajima but this one is one of them! My???? pizza was very small sized but very delicious!! I would have loved to have a beer with it but they don't serve any ???? so I had a cafe latte ☕that was as huge as the pizza was small ???? and dear Miki????????♀️had their famous DRAGON FRUIT & Banana Smoothie ???? that looked so beautiful and was half as delicious! then we had to walk back all the very long bridge that we usually admire from the beach close to our hotel!! Happy day out in stunning weather and ocean!!

my dear friend Gu-chan opened her own guesthouse on paradise island Miyako ????️!! You need a rental car to go around but the location is close to one of the famous snorkeling beaches! There is WiFi at moderate speed and you can cook anything you want in the kitchen. Their cute doggie Kai is very quiet and friendly and rather calm! Loved it!!
