The screen and seating was really good. However the queuing and purchasing of food and tickets is a complete disaster. You buy food and tickets off the same person so there ends up being a very long very very slow queue. If youre going to view a popular movie youre facing a very long wait. Also we had prebooked tickets I booked on the phone and didnt print my booking ref no.In most cinemas you just put in your cc and it prints tickets however this machine asked for booking no. Which i didnt have so was faced with a queue anyhow. There was one very helpful chap upstairs who told me how to redeem tickets without queueing. Anyway it was a shame good cinema but they really need to change their system.
I have been a good few times and I have to say I can't say a bad word about the staff I have never had a bad experience with the arc and we're off there today to watch the good dinosaur x
Hectic place on busy times. Staff don't seem to be able to manage it at all.
Frequent issues on and around movie opening days. Usually issues on getting the correct movie to play properly. Seating is comfortable and incline is good.
Managed by graduates from the Faulty Towers School of Hospitality Management.
Treating a young boy with a serious health problem they way you clowns did deserves all the bad publicity you deserve.

Ophelia hurricane Ireland in his path
The remnants of Hurricane Ophelia hit Ireland's west coast as a post-tropical storm on Monday, bringing with it strong winds, heavy rain, and the threat of storm surge and flooding.
Met Éireann, Ireland's National Meteorological Service, extended a red alert for the entire country on Sunday evening, warning that there was a danger to life and property.
Three deaths have been attributed to the storm.
A woman in County Waterford and a man in County Louth were killed when trees fell on their cars, a spokesman for Ireland's national police, An Garda Siochana, told CNN. Police also confirmed a third storm-related death in County Tipperary, where a man in his early 30s was seriously fatally injured with a chainsaw while in the course of clearing a fallen tree.

GAME ON
Droichead Arts Centre and CoderDojo Drogheda
Gaming/Youth - Sat 3 May & Sun 4 May
GAME ON is a two-day event merging traditional artforms with digital technologies. In the forty years since the introduction of the first home video game, this field has attracted exceptional artistic talent. A blend of traditional art forms like painting, writing, sculpture, music, storytelling and cinematography, video games offer artists a previously unprecedented method of communicating with and engaging audiences.
This event is the outcome of an Artist in Residence programme with CoderDojo, Drogheda since September 2013. Artist Vivienne Byrne and a team of artists and programming mentors have worked with young coders to respond to the theme 'Real and Imaginative Worlds'. They combined both technical and creative expertise to develop original games, stories, sculptures, animations and music compositions inspired by our heritage town.

Nust Watch: Guys big screen proposal - calls girlfriend bluff and organises epic Brooklyn (HD)
A cinema-goer got the shock of her life last week when her boyfriend proposed to her from the big screen.
Kee Ward was enjoying a night out at the Diamond Cinema in Navan, Co. Meath with her boyfriend Anthony Kavanagh when he popped up on the screen, between the trailers and the opening credits to 'Brooklyn' on Friday night.
In the two minute-long footage, Anthony (27) declares his love for Kee and admits to having being turned down a few times in the past.
He then shows a few clips of Kee saying no to his 'unofficial' proposals at their Navan home before she finally says: 'one day I'll say yes and then you'll be (in trouble).'
Kee was totally unaware that her refusals were being recorded by Anthony for a more formal proposal which he asks one last time from the big screen.
Thankfully Kee, who turned 30 just a day before the big question, said Yes.
I don't know how I thought of it, I still don't. I love going to the cinema with herself. I took the footage and went to Diamond Cinema to talk to technical manager Colm Geraghty about the possibility of asking her to marry me at the cinema, said Anthony, who originally hails from Cabra in Dublin.
We were going for a few drinks for her 30th birthday on Saturday so I suggested a quiet night at the cinema on Friday and asked her to pick a film. When she chose Brooklyn, I just told the management at Diamond Cinema and left the rest to them.
In fairness, Colm worked on the footage to get it into the right format for screening. I have to say all the staff were brilliant and my heart was in my mouth that she'd say 'no'. I have asked her unofficially in the past and she's always said no so this, in front of so many strangers, was a bit daunting.
Kee who is with Anthony four years and originally from Finglas in Dublin said she was still in shock this week.
We talked about marriage before but I always put him off to be honest and he got annoyed. I was coming around to the idea but I really didn't see this coming. I was stunned to see him on the screen and a bit mortified. By the end though, I was in floods of tears.
The couple, who have yet to decide a date for the wedding added: He's not overly romantic but he always puts a lot of thought into presents to make sure they mean something.
When the Yes came, the cinema descended into applause by stunned cinema-goers who braved stormy weather to see Brooklyn.
Manager of the Diamond Cinema Liz Egan says it was 'a first for them' and possibly for Ireland.
I certainly haven't heard of a proposal done this way before, she said.
I had told patrons on the way in that there would be a little disruption before the film as we were staging a surprise. They were all delighted to go along with us and the Thai Orchid restaurant upstairs even sent us down a bottle of champagne and a meal for two for the happy couple. We were delighted to be able to accommodate the request.
I actually thought because of the weather that there wouldn't be a big turnout for the 9pm show and was going to arrange a few of the staff to sit in to give them a boost but luckily we nearly had a full house on the night.
