Famous Historical Temple of Love in India
Historical temple of INDIA. Kajuraho is most famous of them.Sun temple Konark, Kailas , Jodhpur(Osian), Thirumayam Temple , Chennakesava Temple is also famous for erotic sculpture . Considered to be one of the most conservative countries in the world, believe it or not, India was extremely liberal and open about the concept of sex even before the 13th century. Sex was even taught as a formal subject as a part of education with pictorial representations of Kamasutra. We Indians even have a god for sex - Kama. So it is only natural that we have erotic sculptures on our temples.
There are a few theories floating about but the most popular one seems to be that in order to enter a place so pure, you need to relieve yourself of all your desires and lust. It is by acceptance of lust and desire in you that you can learn to control it.There are many such theories but the fact remains that these temples are known more for their erotic sculptures than the deities residing inside.

1:Khajuraho, Madhya Pradesh
Built by the Chandela dynasty, the Khajuraho group of temples was believed to symbolize the ultimate seductress. In fact, workers started at the top of the rock and continued downwards. The temple has a depiction of Ravana trying to lift Mount Kailasa as a sculpture.
4:Osian, Rajasthan
The inclusion of erotic and sexual imagery on temple walls is not limited only to the Hindu religion. Even Jain temples have such imagery and sculptures carved on the outer walls of their 'derasars'. Osian is an ancient town located on the outskirts of Jodhpur that was once a bustling trade center but is today a part of the Thar dessert. It boasts of many religious monuments, Osian Jain Temple being one among them .

ARCHAEOLOGICAL SURVEY OF INDIA
Ancient History -The great Stupa at Amaravati, India at British museum
The great Stupa at Amaravati, India ( British museum ). The Amarāvatī collection in the British Museum consists of over 120 different pieces made from a limestone called Palnad marble, although the material is certainly not marble and the source of the stone in the Palnad quarry not decisively proven.
The figurative sculptures are nearly all in relief, with many of the most crowded scenes illustrating some of the Jataka tales, a large body of literature with complex accounts of the previous lives of the Buddha.
