My sister and I took a hike in the park and decided to explore this beautiful section of the park. Spotless, clean and quiet. No road noise, no airplane noise. Loved it.

It is cool in the summer, overwhelmingly breathtaking in the fall, and winters that are strong enough to support an entire transportation system geared towards snow mobiles.

Aroostook County is the largest American county by land area east of the Rocky Mountains, and the largest county by land area in Maine. It is the northernmost county of Maine, with the northernmost village of Estcourt Station as the northernmost community of New England.
