Laganas on Zakynthos

The beach village of Laganas is on the southeastern coast. A large part of Laganas is a national park, established for the protection of turtles. The village is a paradise for noisy tourists - usually a group of teenagers from the Nordic countries (England, etc.).

- Nice sandy beaches (don't be afraid of the noise of landing aircraft).
- Sand can build perfect sand structures (children will love it).
- Boat rentals.
- Harbor near Laganas (ideal for boat trips).
- A lot of sea shells and turtles (Caretta caretta).
- Dining options (most often fastfood).
- Cheap alcohol in alcohol stores.
- Emergency and pharmacy.

???? Disadvantages:
- Noise from evening to morning (group of teenagers).
- A mess - 2:56.
- Aggressive individuals and few cops.
- The center is one very long and ugly street.
- Expensive foods in markets.

Zakynthos (Zante) Greece is the best Greek Island. We spent four days exploring the beautiful island on a quad. In episode one we visited Kalamaki Beach, Gerakas Beach, Porto Azzuro, Banana Beach. We had a fabulous dinner at Pandesia restaurant in Kalamaki complete with Greek Dancing! We even got to break some plates!

We rented Quads and made this zakynthos travel guide. In this Zante holiday vlog we went to kalamaki beach and gerakas beach where there were nesting turtles.
