A380 UK Bristol flypast
This is the first approach that the A380 made towards Filton airport in Bristol on its flypast. The view is from just over 1 mile away from the east end of the Filton runway (BS34 8HP). The A380 is travelling westwards. This was the first chance that most of the engineers at Airbus in Bristol will have had to see the plane that they designed the wings for.
After this flypast, the A380 turned around and flew back past us again travelling eastward. It then turned again and flew back westward but this time it was further south, I guess it will have passed about 1 mile south of Filton. It then came around a fourth time, this time it started its journey north of the airport travelling eastwards, but did a 180degree turn around us sorry I didn't get that on video :-(. We saw it again travelling west but several miles south of us on its way to London.
The A380 arrived ontime at 12:02 BST, and left Bristol at about 12:22.

Red Arrows Takeoff, flypast, and VERY LOW OVERHEAD LANDING @ Bristol Airport 22.6.13

Another upload! I wasn't planning on uploading until Wednesday, but yesterday (Saturday 22.6.13) at lunchtime, I was informed the Red Arrows were going to be departing Bristol Airport to perform at Weston Air Day, and would then arrive later. So my Dad and I went up to the local (BRS/EGGD) to catch them! And boy was it worth it!
They arrvied at 1444 on Saturday, then departed at 1721 off runway 27 for a display at Weston at 1730. But before heading off, they did a quick flypast. At 1754 they appeared in the distance, flew across the airport, back over our heads, split up and one closely after the other, Landed. Wow! It was so worth going up, the video doesn't show it perfectly, but they were soooo LOW. I'm going to remember that for a long time.
The takeoff clips were filmed from the North side of the threshold of runway 09 (Winters Lane). The landing clips were filmed from Felton Common.

Majestic: British Airways Concorde comes into land at Heathrow - Daily Mail
The last Concorde made its final journey to a new home on Tuesday - just a quarter of a mile and at a walking pace. After 13 years languishing at the side of an airfield in Bristol, the iconic supersonic plane was towed across an airfield to an indoor hangar in preparation for it becoming the centrepiece of a new £19million aerospace museum. Aerospace Bristol, which will celebrate the city’s aviation history, is due to open this summer.
