Mellan Årsta Brygga på fastlandet och Gruvbrygga på Utö är den kortaste sjövägen tvärs över Mysingen med Vaxholmsbåt. Årsta Slott är numera konferensanläggning med fina golfbanor.

Solceller på Årsta Säteri - En solcellsanläggning i Haninge
Årsta Säteri uppfördes på 1910-talet och ladugården var vid den tiden en av de största i Sverige. Idag bedrivs det omfattande hästverksamhet med fina ridbanor och kör- och ridslingor. Solcellsanläggningen togs i drift hösten 2018 och kommer ha en årlig produktion på ca 150 000 kWh/år.

Number 1. The forest chapel.
The architect Gunnar Asplund is not only one of the foremost representatives of the Nordic classicism of the 1920s (Stockholm's city library for example) but also introduced as the main architect of the Stockholm exhibition in 1930. The forest cemetery, which he designed together with Sigurd Lewerentz and which is listed on UNESCO's World Heritage list, is a harmonious place.
Number 2. The sculpture Who is Mr. Walker?.
What do you really want to say about Jan Håfström's monumental sculpture Who is Mr. Walker?, More than that the place begs for something real and colorful and that you can try to appreciate the style break? The sculpture, in painted metal, is brilliantly simple in its construction with two silhouette panels that join together leading to unexpected three-dimensional dynamics:
Number 3. The Philadelphia Church.
Today, it is hard to imagine that the Philadelphia Church in Birkastan once, not very long ago, was then the capital's largest gathering place, when it was built in 1929, it held 3,500 seats. The beautiful house with its white arch form and its powerful granite columns is also counted together with the Stockholm exhibition 1930 and Gunnar Asplund's efforts there as the breakthrough of the funk style in Sweden.
Number 4. Ekebyhovseken.
The Ekeby oak tree is an oak tree in Ekerö outside Stockholm, Sweden, close to Ekebyhov Castle. It is the largest living deciduous tree in Sweden by volume. The Ekeby oak is approximately 500 years old. It was declared a natural monument in 1956.
Number 5. Årsta Slott.
Årsta Castle in Haninge Municipality, Stockholm County, Sweden, is a castle built in the 17th Century. The Årsta estate is mentioned in 1308 when it was the base for the Swedish property of the Teutonic Order. It was sold to the nobleman Erik Axelsson Tott in 1467.
Number 6. Central bath park.
The park outside Centralbadet is one of the smallest in the city but breathes peace and tranquility, especially in early spring or late autumn when the outdoor terrace at the swimming pool stays calm. The entire facility is a work by the Art Nouveau architect Wilhelm Klemming, who is said to have had the vision of an open window to nature, a well-thought-out combination of bathing and park, as great as the outside team and inside.
Number 7. Silverdals griftegård.
Silverdal's cemetery was built in 1914 under the auspices of the Armed Forces and became the parish in 1960. Here are the Silverdal Chapel, the Garrison Chapel, and a crematorium. In 2017, a Muslim burial ground was inaugurated.
Number 8. Astrid Lindgren's apartments.
Astrid Lindgren's world is alleged to be located outside Vimmerby but is obviously just another name for Vasastan, because the stories about the district are not about them, they are certainly invented there.
