The Combat Training Center at Arta Beach (CECAP), or Centre d'entraînement au combat d'Arta Plage, is a French Army training facility located in Arta, Djibouti. The Combat Training Center is run by the members of the French Foreign Legion and is part of the headquarters company of 13th Demi-Brigade of the Foreign Legion.

Gonzolo Perez, tactical communications operators assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, ascend multiple peaks during an exercise at the Arta Range Complex, Djibouti, Jan 18, 2019. A joint team of Soldiers, Sailors and Marines utilized the exercise to test all forms of radio equipment they could be tasked to use in case of a last-minute forward deployment.
