Aru Valley, Pahalgam, Srinagar, Kashmir, India: If Kashmir is Known as Paradise then Pahalgam is its Capital. Aru Valley is one of the most important tourist attraction of Pahalgam, Anantanag, Kashmir. Aru valley is situated at a distance of 95 km from Srinagar and 12 kilometer from Pahalgam. Chandanwari, located 16 kilometres (9.9 mi) from Pahalgam is the starting point of the yatra that takes place every year in the months of July–August.

Betaab Valley:-

Betaab Valley is a valley located 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) from Pahalgam. The valley got its name from a Bollywood movie Betaab that was shot here.

Aru is a tourist spot in the Anantnag District of Jammu & Kashmir, India. It is located around 12 from Pahalgam, 11 km upstream from the Lidder River. Noted for its scenic meadows, lakes and mountains, it is a base camp for trekking to the Kolhoi Glacier and Tarsar Lake. The village lies of the left bank of the Aru river, which is a tributary of the Lidder river.
