The acreage sits on fertile volcanic soil and receives generous rainfall -- all contributing to quality bovine produce.

Who doesn't love cheese?
A great question from Shayne Elliott CEO ANZ who visited us onsite at the Ashgrove Farm and Factory in Northern Tasmania.
We love cheese, we love fresh milk and we love our cows too. That's why the Ashgrove Farms do not practice bobby calving, do not dock tails and do not de-horn. It's not often you meet a CEO who asks the question but we sure are glad he did.

Devonport Food Journey

In Devonport we wake up surrounded by 10 campers containing really trashy backpackers, cheaper than us. We then head off in search for breakfast and upon learning how poor value the french toast was, we aim to even the ledger by free sampling our way through lunch.
